    This experience was one of the highlights of our Italy vacation. The space was beautiful. The chef was passionate about teaching us how to make pizza and gelato.     I was hesitant at first due to the pricing and duration of this experience, but it was close to our hotel and it was booked last minute. We couldn’t have been more delighted! This was a highlight of our vacation. Learning from a true chef, Gianluca and being able to have conversations in English made this even better! Both Meredith and Gianluca were wonderful hosts and were very accommodating. Trust the chef will show you the “right way” to make the pizza and you won’t be disappointed! Best pizza ever!
