Eating the pizza! It was delicious and Daniel was an incredible host and teacher. My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon and he couldn’t have been more gracious, patient and kind. Would highly recommend this class to anyone.

Great class and great food. The pizza chef taught us everything we needed to know in order to make Roman pizza!

Who doesn’t like pizza, right? But learning how to make the dough the right way was amazing. Daniel was a terrific chef and teacher. He explained so much about how the dough reacts to over working for instance and how in Rome, they make pizza with sauce that is blended but not cooked…it cooks with the pizza - who knew?! We really enjoyed this class and highly recommend it.

Good fun making and then eating the pizza and also chatting to others doing the same. Learnt a few things we did not know about allowing the dough to rest 3 times prior to baking !
    Pizza fun!!

Bea, our teacher was absolutely fantastic, and we had the best time! She was a wealth of knowledge, witty and fun, and we would recommend her classes to anyone.
    Disappointing and awkward 😕

This is not a reflection of the chef who taught us, as he was enthusiastic but the whole experience. We were welcomed into the restaurant to a seperate area and given what can only be described as a shot of prosecco whilst waiting. We prepared the pizza dough alongwith 7 other people who we did not know. The kitchen to prep the pizza was small and we were split into groups which meant, as we were the second lot into the kitchen, we just sat about for 15 minutes, no offer of water or beverage with a lump of dough in front of us. The chef did apologise. Then it was our turn, where there were 4 adults attempting to squeeze in and I was sited right beside the pizza oven where on a couple of occasions I was too close to the oven, which at 330 degrees was not safe nor comfortable. In terms of cooking experience, for us it felt like a childlike experience with us being asked what we wanted on our pizza and this being put on the top of the pizza for us to spread out. Whilst we were in the kitchen the other group were eating the pizza they had made so when we rejoined it made for an awkward experience, as for some reason they had chosen to sit in a line on the one table provided. They had finished theirs so we had to sit across from them to eat ours and when we were half way through the restaurant offered bruchetta. We had a wine and beer offered. For the amount the experience cost I expected better and whilst the pizza tasted good, I could of got a takeaway cheaper.
    Excellent

We had a fantastic time learning how to make pizza with Chef Daniel at Osteria Pasquina. We learned a lot, had fun and ate the pizza that we made. The price included a welcome drink and another with the pizza. It was a welcome change from the museums and churches that we’ve been to since arriving in Rome. I would definitely recommend!
    Great pizza making experience

Bea, our pizza chef, was incredible. She took the time to explain everything to us so we could replicate making pizza dough at home. You really do make the pizza from scratch. We’ve done cooking classes before and it was more an assembly than actually making. We all enjoyed this experience.
    Super fun trip!

This was a memorable experience. Everyone in my family enjoyed it. I recommend after you’ve dragged the kids on a bunch of walking tours. We went on our first day, but I think it would have been a better choice to do as a way to break up some of the more historical visits.
