    In order to reach the Meeting, we suggest you to take the Train at 9:49am from Roma Termini Station directed to FRASCATI station, a 20 minutes comfortable train ride! We will meet you right outside the entrance of Frascati central Train Station On Saturday train at 10:14 am from Roma to TOR VERGATA

This was one of the highlights of my experience in Italy! The staff was very accommodating, and informative, and gave a great wine-tasting/pasta-making experience! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit a winery close to Rome.

The entire event was memorable! From Jo, who picked us up at the train station, translated for us, gave us a tour of the vineyard, gave us a quick tour of Frascati, took us to a fabulous bakery, to just being an absolute delight who acted as more of a friend than a guide. Then there was Fabrizio, who was our chef, he made learning fun and was so charming. He taught us to make ravioli, fettuccini and maltagliti. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the very handsome and charming 7th generation winemaker who serenaded us with Italian and American song. Hands down, this was the highlight of our trip to Italy!

incredible experience! It's completely worth it, we highly recommend! The instructions were very clear and precise. The number of people on the tour is respected, which is very important for us since we do not like visits with many people. They give a lot of wine and a lot of food, then it is not necessary to make another meal.

My husband and I had such a wonderful day at Minardi Vineyard. It was very easy to take the train from Roma Termini & a short train ride. Alfredo and Nicolo were the best and most generous hosts. The cooking class taught by a chef is so fun, simple enough for beginner cooks too. The wine is delicious and during the tasting Nico taught us all about wine from the area and what makes Frascati wine so special along with the history of the vineyard. The lunch was excellent as well, so much incredible food. The countryside was such a nice break from the hectic touring of Rome. It was one of our favorite parts of our Rome trip and we are so grateful to Alfredo and Nico for being so kind and welcoming. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves good food, good wine, and a good time! We can’t wait to have the Minardi wine delivered to our home to share with family.
