    Arrive in Rome with our exclusive private transfers. Upon your disembarkation in the morning around 8.00/9.00, our Driver (who speaks English) will be waiting for you directly under your cruise ship with the welcome sign. Our driver licensed and accredited to enter the port will be waiting for you in a comfortable Mercedes (sedan or minivan) and will take you to your destination in Rome (hotel, private apartment, B&B, train station or airport). The transfer is always private and only for you. You won't have to walk or take care of your luggage, we'll take care of it. We can arrive in front of your hotel and we recommend that you be ready 15 minutes earlier with your luggage. We will take care of everything, while customers can sit inside our vehicle with air conditioning, wi-fi and fresh water. The pick up time requested by you CANNOT BE CHANGED 24 hours before the service. A delay of more than 15 minutes of the requested time will be considered NO SHOW.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    Driver was a little late (10 minutes) due to port traffic. He did not speak English which was promised. All in all, I was satisfied with driver. Got my party to airport in plenty of time.

    My driver was Fabio and I was so grateful that this service was available because it is very difficult to find reliable transportation from the Civitavecchia port (Rome) when there are literally thousands of cruise guests departing/arriving at the same time. Fabio was punctual and professional. He contacted me in advance via WhatsApp to coordinate his arrival. I asked him if he was available 15 minutes earlier and he was very flexible. He showed up in a suit and his car was very clean (and quite nice!). I was very anxious about getting to the airport on time for my flight, but Fabio got me there earlier than I thought! This service is worth it because the flat rate by taxi to the port is 150 euros minimum. Do not rely on Uber to be available on any of the days that the cruises are leaving or returning. Booking a driver (or finding a bus in advance) is the only way to go if you need to get to your destination in a timely fashion.

    Nice vehicle arrived on time. Clean and immaculate inside. Cold water ready...was looking for champagne...helped with the luggage and got us to airport in decent time. Driver not much of a talker, but the music was nice. Would recommend 👌

    Great communication with the tour operator after the transfer was booked. On the day of the transfer, the driver arrived prior to the scheduled pick-up time, and was waiting for us with a sign with my name on it outside of the disembarkation building where we retrieved our bags. The ride from the port to the airport was very efficient and enjoyable. The vehicle was clean, and bottles of water were available in the vehicle for all passengers. Highly recommend!

    We were driven from Civitavecchia to Rome safely and our driver was very helpful guiding us to our hotel and helping us with our luggage. We’ve used Viatour twice now and have been very happy with the service.

    We planed our 3 Day trip to Rome using Viator to get us from the airport to hotel, from the hotel to the must see sights of Rome ,from our hotel to the Cruise port and when the Cruise was over Viator were there to bring us back to the airport . The service they supply was Professional , always on time ,friendly and we will be travelling with Viator again very soon. Thank you for looking after my Wife and I so well during our stay in Rome.

    Excellent service. Pickup was at the Civitavecchia port to Fumicino Airport, Rome. The driver picked us up on time right as we came off the ship. It is very important for the driver to have clearance to enter the port for our pickup.

    they arrived early and had sign with our name on it. driver friendly but spoke very little english. we flew out on Lufthansa which was in Terminal 1 but driver didn’t know or understand and dropped us off at Terminal 2.

    thank you for the review, you have to tell and confirm the terminal to the driver, they can't know it, terminal 2 does not exist in Fiumicino, there is only terminal 1 and 3. Anyway I appreciate your review and for appreciating that the driver was earlier than your time pick-up you requested
