We reserved this transport for a pick up at our hotel in Rome and dropped off at the cruise terminal in Civitavecchia. Our driver confirmed the pick up a week before and then again the day before. He was very prompt and courteous. The car was immaculate. Our driver made this a completely stress free way to begin our trans-Atlantic cruise!

Marco communicated with me thru WhatsApp starting with the day before our trip. He confirmed everything which put my mind at ease. Marco was waiting for us by baggage claim with a clearly marked sign as instructed. Marco got us to the port to board our ship 15 minutes earlier than what I was told.

The driver was on time. He quickly loaded all the luggage for 6 people and once we were seated, he was on his way to the port of Civitavecchia. It was all quick and efficient. We only paid $70 Cdn each for the transfer.

Worst experience ever! Told tour operator that we wanted picked up at 9:00 AM….driver was early because flight was early…I spoke with driver twice because we had a missing bag that was coming in on later flight….one hour later….we were leaving on cruise that same day…so we had to wait for the bag…driver left us there after we had paid the 240 euros to take us to ship….then the manager called us and said it would be an hour and one half to get another driver and we would need to pay again…terrible service I will chargeback to my American Express and please never use this service…rude people and the worst customer service! DO NOT use these people…we finally found a cab to take us after we retrieved the missing bag!

What an excellent experience from the time we were picked up until we were dropped off. Our driver found us inside the hotel 10 mins prior to our pick up time of 10am. Early! The drive from the Hilton to the cruise port was excellent. Driver was attentive and the air condition was a nice touch. I would rate this 10 stars if possible! Highly recommend!

For $217, our driver was roughly 60 years old and a woman. She arrived in a small Mercedes. The ride was more expensive because I had 4 large suitcases and 2 small bags but she shows up with a small car and does nothing does not lift one finger to help with our bags. My husband has rearranging the suitcases multiple times, but they won't fit in the trunk. We have to ask her to move her things off the passenger seat because 2 suitcases needed to be there. She did not move. Erik lifted her sweater and she finally came to move her bag and cardigan. I told her I wasn't driving over an hour away with suitcases in my lap. My original reservation was for a 9 a.m. pick up. When I called to tell them to pick me up from Augustana House (which was not in the Viator drop down list), he said that 9:30 was better. We had an 11 a.m. boarding time. They said if we were late, we would have to wait until everyone boarded and they would woek us in. With no time to spare, our driver Marcia or something like that, wants to make "a little stop". What? No. She pulled over at a gas station and we were like you don't have gas? You're driving this far at 9:30 in the morning and you should have gas. After she pulled over, we both told her no. Then she got lost!! I think she was trying to miss airport traffic but went the wrong direction. I saw it on GPS that if she went that direction, it would add 35 minutes to the ride and make us late. She did not apologize. She just went around an Italian neighborhood for 10 minutes and I tried to tell her what my GPS said but she said nothing. She made 2 phone calls and I hoped it was for better directions. When she was going a different way from GPS, I tried to say something to her and she yelled at me. She yelled, "I am the driver!" Says the person who was lost. She finally got us close, then had to pull over and turn off the car to dig around under her seat for her badge. We were a few minutes late but we made it on the ship. I'm all about girl power but this ride and Can Roma had old lady drivers who didn't even try to help with the bags. For double the price due to my 4 big bags and 2 small bags, I expected better. I will never use this company again.

Our driver was in time she helped with all our luggage. He was a great driver, some other taxis were crazy/scary and their driving made me a nervous wreck. Very professional, vehicle was spotless. Excellent choice for our family of 5 that were headed to a Disney Cruise.
