Overview

Crazy about pasta? You’ve come to the right place… Prepare to get your hands doughy on our quest for pasta perfection! Learn how to make authentic tiramisu and pasta with a fun, passionate Roman chef. Expect a warm welcome and a glass of bubbles ( tea / coffee) upon arrival. After getting to know each other, we’ll focus on the food! We'll get started by making our Tiramisu. This traditional dish is not the easy to master, but with fresh local ingredients, we'll learn how to get the perfect consistency and delicious flavour.

You’ll be making fresh, fettuccine pasta with the help of your expert chef, and then an accompanying carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce.

We’ll start with a glass of prosecco, to get to know each other. Then we’ll enjoy local wines as we cook and eat, followed by a glass of limoncello.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Ida was an amazing chef and teacher! The whole process was fun but we really learned the fundamentals and feel confident making the pasta and tiramisu at home. Cannot recommend Ida enough!

Wonderful service and good fun with the other guests and especially our host Poulina. Can definitely recommend it but do not eat anything before you go. You will get plenty of excellent food.

My partner and I SO enjoyed the cooking class! Bart struck the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, with just the right amount of occasional spice. We learned about the food and the culture, got to meet people from around the world, and had an overall great experience. The whole team were organized and friendly, moving us seamlessly from one activity to the next. Sherry was so kind and welcoming, supporting Bart and making sure we always had everything we needed. I would 100% recommend this class to anyone — chef, foodie, or otherwise.

Bart was seriously the best person that couldve taught this class. There were many milestones from couples in the class, including one that got engaged the same night. It felt like a family celebration for them since we all got so close. I highly recommend this for anyone taking a trip to Rome. Its also perfect for solo travelers trying to find something to do in the city and dont know where to start. It felt like we were apart of a small Italian family for the night

Culinary Joyride with Chef Bart: A Delicious Rome Adventure!

My wife and I had so much fun at Chef Bart's cooking class! His energy and humor made the whole experience super engaging. We learned to make fresh tagliatelle and tiramisù from scratch while sipping on Prosecco – it was a blast. He also showed us how to make Cacio e Pepe and Carbonara sauces to accompany our pasta. Bart also strongly recommended another experience for us, the Tipsy Tour, which we ended up going on and loved. After the class, we sat down family-style to enjoy the tasty results of our cooking efforts. A big shoutout to Chef Bart and the team for making this a memorable experience during our visit to Rome. We highly recommend this class – it's hands-on, entertaining, and downright delicious!

This class was a ton of fun, delicious and very educational! Bart did a great job with our international class and explained lots about cheese and bacon as well as pasta. The food was fantastic. Gustavo kept the glasses filled and the workspaces clean. Smiling, laughing and learning from start to delicious ending!

Great authentic experience

Maritza was amazing! My boyfriend and I booked the class and didn’t know what to expect. We were blown away at how fun, hands on and authentic Italian experience we had. Maritza taught us so much, made us laugh and overall I would take more classes by her!! Our food we made was delicious, when I visit Rome again, I’ll definitely come back to take a class with her!! I highly recommend
