NOT AT ALL EXPRESS!

Tour started 45 min late, was supposed to be express tour which I paid a lot more for and i needed due to handicap, was not, It was 3 hours. All of us left early. Guide had no flag, had trouble finding him. They forgot ticket vouchers so had to wait for those, then headsets not working, had to wait again for new ones. So plan on 4 hours for express tour! Definitely lied about express!

Thank you for reviewing. Unfortunately during high season days it can happen that a tour leaves later and this is because of the great crowds at the Vatican. Our staff is always ready at the meeting point both to help guides and customers for a better experience. Unfortunately at the Vatican it is mandatory to use local Vatican headsets and usually we experience no issues with them.
