      We'll meet at the beautiful Arch of Constantine, directly next to the Colosseum. A representative from Atlas Tours & Experiences will be at the side of the arch furthest away from the Colosseum with an "Atlas" sign or umbrella so we're easy to recognize.

        Canceled before trip and never received refund

        Couldn't make the trip and tried to get a refund. My card was refunded and then charged again for a family of 6 almost 2 months later for $568.98. I was never able to receive this service.

        Our tour guide, Andrei, was fantastic. He had a ton of knowledge to share and made the tour fun and interactive. The Colosseum and Forum are amazing places to visit. Definitely recommend!

        We booked the tour for 1400 and later found out that would not work due to winter hours, a 0900 tour was offered, however that would not work with our schedule. Sarah was able to rearrange the schedule for us to start at 1300. Sarah provided transportation suggestions how to get to the meeting spot, the meeting spot was well explained with directions and a photograph. Vilaerro (spelling might be wrong) was on time and was our tour guide. The tour started in the Roman Forum and Palaces. We skipped the line and entered right away. We could have spent the entire tour there as Vilaerro was so knowledgeable and informative. Then off to the Colosseum where we again skipped the line and entered right away. Vilaerro explained every detail about the Colosseum construction and activities that occurred there. This is a must do tour as if you go there and walk by yourself you will miss so much about the area. A morning tour would allow more time at the Colosseum as staff was pushing everyone out to close for the day.

        Clients could not find the guide and as it turned out the guide was running VERY late ...like nearly an hour. No call was made to clients advising them even though you had their phone number. They tried ringing your contact number from Rome and I also tried from Australia as continuously engaged. It was also pouring with rain and there was no shelter at the pick-up point. This is just not good enough when you are charging the prices that you do. You need to take a look at you customer experience and service procedures.

        The tour was very accommodating. Our shuttle was delayed which caused us to be 15 minutes late and they were kind enough to wait for us. Skipping the line and being part of a tour group I 100% recommend as it’s very hard and long to get in on your own. Lots of walking which was expected. My only negative remark is the guide was a bit long winded which had most of us ready for them to keep it moving along.

        Loved this tour! It was surreal seeing the colosseum in real life. Our guide was knowledgeable and clear. She gave us time to explore the ruins and answered all the questions we had. Highly recommend.

        Our tour guide was wonderful, informative and pleasant. Only complaint is that the tour was delayed 45 minutes, and I didn't get communication of that from Viator until more than a day *AFTER* the tour.

        It was very crowded and hot but our guide kept us all together and taught us so much. Very enjoyable tour. Employee had to ask which group was ours at the meeting point because many groups use the same spot and it was a bit confusing. Our guide was very nice and made sure to take care of everyone. I learned so much. Highly recommend

        Our guide, Clara, was great. She was so knowledgeable, gave us time to look around and ensured no one was left behind. We had the arena floor tickets which is a must. Atlas tours starting point was easy to locate and the sign in person was visable.

        Actually bing on the floor of the Colosseum was incredible. Learning it was a raised floor, the Romans were geniuses. Just to see all the history was a lifetime experience.

        Not recommended. Logistics were a mess. We got kicked out of the Coliseum after waiting for almost 1 hour outside because tour agency send double the amount of people allowed per group/guide.

        Be prepared for a LOT of walking. Our tour guide was good, English was good, moved very quick through all the sites. We got to skip all the lines and tour some access only areas in the Roman Forum. Highly recommend
