Perfect unique experience for a couple's excursion!

My partner and I came to Italy for a week for our anniversary and our time with Davide and Elena was absolutely the highlight of our trip. We love cooking and using farm-to-table ingredients while learning from experts like Davide and Elena was so incredibly special. We would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone and would love to do it again ourselves!!

Hands down the best experience we had in Italy-- Don't walk...run to book this!!

HANDS DOWN our favorite experience we did while touring Italy! Davide and Elena were so welcoming and it was nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of Rome. They were amazing and their dog Lucy is just the sweetest girl! If we ever make it back to Rome I hope they are still offering this experience because we would book it without hesitation. They taught us how to make 2 different kinds of pasta and made sure our cups were always full!! After leaving their home we ventured back into the town to tour the gardens which was just the icing on the cake for the day. We can't wait to get the recipes and to try and make it on our own! We both agreed that the pasta we made with Davide was the best meal we had our entire trip. BOOK THE TRIP!

Chef Davide and Elaina were absolutely AMAZING! The day began with a pickup at our door and we were dropped off in town to meet up with Davide and he gave us a great little tour with the history of the area, then took us all back to their villa where we had our amazing cooking class! I can not stress it enough how wonderful this class was and how personable they both were! we all agreed we were glad it was the last thing we did on our trip because if we had done it first, the rest of the trip wouldn't have lived up to the day we had, it was the perfect Italian experience. After our cooking class where we made pasta, fillings, picked herbs, and wandered their olive grove, they took us back to town where we could tour the Villa D'este, which was phenomenal. Also one of the places that was a personal favorite on our trip! I will 100% Recommend this to anyone and everyone I know going to Italy!

This was such a fun and super unique experience. Felt like we had family in Italy! Everything was seamless, from being picked up from our hotel to the cooking class and visiting the beautiful Villa D'Este. The food and wine was incredible as was the scenery. Very easily one of the best highlights of our trip to Italy!

This was an amazing experience; private car pickup (and drop off) from your hotel, followed by meeting Chef Davide at the drop off point in Tivoli. A very relaxed pace throughout the day starting with a brief history of the region from Chef Davide and a short drive to his home. The class was private (just my wife and me) and therefore highly interactive; conducted by Chef Davide and Elena as we learned how to make the dough, pick our own mixture of herbs directly off the plants, make the sauce, make the filling, form the pasta, fill the ravioli, and cook the guanciale. We were then able to eat our creations as part of a 5 course meal. It was a truly amazing experience we could recommend to anyone looking to learn more about Italian cuisine and enjoy a relaxing day while also seeing the sights in Tivoli afterwards. A true highlight of our vacation in Italy!!!

This was one of the best experiences we had during our European adventure. Chef David and Elena were welcoming and so fantastic with our kids (ages 15, 10 and 7). We learned a lot about Tivoli as well as pasta making! The meal that we had was one of the best of our journey and their shared passion around food and wine was infectious. I can’t express how worthwhile this experience was and can’t wait to do it again! If you want an amazing day trip outside of Rome that isn’t a tourist trap spend the day with Chef David and Elena! The gardens in Tivoli are also amazing and the history incredibly interesting. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!

Great experience, good excuse to get out of Rome!

We had a great time. This class got us out of Rome and visiting Tivoli and we stayed a couple of days and really enjoyed the area. Driver was on time for pick up and Davide greeted us personally and showed a lot of care with everything prepared. My husband still talks about the class and he's really keen to make pasta now. It was also a fun day with a beautiful villa and beautiful wine. We enjoyed Villa Este too although it was an Italian heat wave that week! We stayed in Tivoli and saw Hadrian's villa which was really beautiful. We felt really welcome as visitors in Tivoli and hope more people stop in this beautiful town.

We felt like royalty on this very special once in a life time experience. We were picked up at our hotel promptly and carried to the countryside. There we met up with Chef David himself who oriented us to Tivoli, the plan for the day and took us to his Villa through hand carved roads and more countryside (5 minute trip!). We were graciously welcomed by his mother who made us quickly feel like we were at home. Breathtaking views and unexpected 'peace' at the villa. Free flowing wine, eating from the land (olives from the tree we sat under, herbs for the pasta we picked ourselves) and unforgettable food experiences (wait for the surprise!). We were stuffed, felt so loved and did not want to leave. Afterwards, the fountains in the town were absolutely breathtaking. Our driver was promptly waiting where we expected to take us home. We felt like food rockstars - learning how to make several new things and getting treated to some others made for us. DELICIOUS. WE WILL BE BACK. And we will send EVERYONE we know going to Rome to this experience. Just truly unforgettable, magical, and wonderful to make new friends along the way. Thank you Chef David.

We had such an incredible experience! It was by far the highlight of our trip! Chef Davide and Elena opened their home to us and welcomed us like family! The wine and food that they taught us to prepare was “perfecto!” I can not say enough about how wonderful our day was! To top it off we were able to visit the Villa in Tivoli. We will definitely be back… we plan to schedule our trip so that we can come back to see David and Elena!! Grazie!!

From taking my food sensitivities into consideration and preparing some great appetizers to providing lots of great tips and insights to make the actual cooking experience easy and fun, this was a huge highlight of my trip to Italy. I was looking for a way to get out of the city for the day and Chef Davide and Elena were very welcoming and fun to hang out with in this serene environment. All of the food throughout the day was delicious and the visit to Villa d'Este was a bonus beautiful environment so I highly recommend this experience.

This was our favorite day in Rome. From the time they picked us up right from the hotel to the villa where they made us feel like family, we loved every minute of it. Chef Davide and Elena did the best experience for us. Relaxed, fun, and delicious cooking experience. It was a day of pure joy for my elderly mother and her four daughters. It was so nice to get out of the city and experience the countryside. I recommend this to everyone. It does not disappoint. Worth every penny. I loved spending the day there. We laughed and smiled the entire time. We then were taken to town to visit the villa that was gorgeous with gardens. At the end we were dropped off at the hotel. Least stressful Day of vacation!
