I travel very frequently and this was possibly the best pre-arranged taxi service I've ever experienced. They were on time, vans were clean and in great condition, and the drivers were so nice. I booked a roundtrip and communication for arrangements were very easy. Definitely recommend. And the cost is same as compared to getting one there. This was extremely convenient

Unable to meet timing request - not worth the hassle

Vendor was not able to meet our time schedule. We requested a 10:30 AM pickup since we had a 12:35 PM flight. Vendor offered 11:10-11:15. We said that would not work, canceled the trip, and requested a refund. Since we got the timing information after the 24-hour cancellation deadline, vendor only offered a measly $4 refund on a $25 fare paid. Taking up the matter with our credit card company at this point.

One way or round trip transfer

The instructions on the voucher says we need to contact again for return trip so we thought this was a one way transfer so we booked a taxi which by the way is 5x cheaper than booking this. The wording is confusing. Next time make it clearer and just state this is a roundtrip transfer and separate the one way booking. Rip off.

I contacted the company the night before the booking to confirm they had the details to take me to the airport - they agreed and sent me a message to confirm in the arrangement . In the morning they turned up 45 minutes early and called me to say they were waiting outside the apartment - I had only just turned my phone on to see that earlier they sent a message to say they would be coming early! What was the point of confirming arrangements and then change it 2 hours prior to the original time? I was still asleep!!!
