Carlos was fantastic tour guide. Very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. Weather was not great, but he educated us on history and provided photos via IPad from past to show what things looked like before they were destroyed.

We had an excellent tour guide! Lots of knowledge, very easy going, great conversation… we thoroughly enjoyed our day. Go early to avoid the major crowds and a pro tip from our guide: sit on the right side of the bus (facing the front) for the best views!

We had a wonderful guide Carlos who went above and beyond our expectations! He picked us up at our hotel promptly and was friendly, funny, extremely knowledgeable, and took us behind the scenes of the Eagle’s Nest which was a bonus! We would highly recommend this company… Tourism was hit hard in 2020-21 and they were able to hang on for a reason… really good company!

Three of us booked the Half Day Eagle's Nest tour. One of the people in the group had mobility issues and Luciano, our guide, was very aware and made necessary accommodations. He was able to provide a very comprehsive tour, in spite of my friend's disability. He made sure that we had to the opportunity to see everything that we wanted to see and provided a very pleasant experience.
