Francisco is an amazing person, teacher and cook. What a fantastic excursion especially for a family or small group of friends. Well worth the money. So much fun. Food was amazing. Carnitas. Bomb. Best ever Get ready to get your cook on and your margarita drinking on. Everything is made from scratch!!! 4.5 hour excursion from the time you meet Francisco at the market to shop for all of your meat and veggies.

I had a horrible experience. I went to the class in Cobo San Lucas one mile from my hotel and was told the class was 25 miles away. They could not take me because they had 11 people and it was supposed to be a class of 6. Viator changed my reservation from Wednesday to Thursday. I am out the money plus the upset of the day. I plan to post this on your website

Amazing! Highly recommend this experience. So authentic and friendly. Chef Francisco is knowledgeable, gave tons of insights that you normally would not know, and prepared a 100% delish meal and taught us how to do it. Absolutely doing again when I return to Cabo.

We had a great time with Francisco! We shopping in the market and learned some interesting facts, went to the tortilla factory then to his home to cook! He was an outstanding teacher and chef! Since it was Tuesday we made mole sauce to go with our chicken enchiladas, guac, pico, several salsas, and margaritas! He was an excellent host!

We had a wonderful experience shopping and cooking with chef Francisco. We learned so much and had a blast. Chef Franciaco is funny but also takea time to explain the ingredients and their preparation. This is very hands-on and you eat what you prepare. So good and we had a blast. It was about 5 hours and were full and had to skip dinner🍷💯🥰

We had a fantastic day from picking fresh vegetables at the market to devouring the meal. Chef Francisco kept all 5 of us engaged in preparing the guacamole, Mexican salsa, cheese taquitos, margaritas (named after Margarita 1940's) to the pork and hominy soup. Chef Francisco invited us into his beautiful home to prepare and consume the meal. I would highly recommend this experience.

Chef Francisco did a marvelous job of explaining how to select the various produce that were included in the dishes we learned to prepare. The instructions were easy to understand and his ability to answer the group’s questions was excellent. The dishes that were prepared were delicious. The only negative that we would note was that as extensive as the recipes of his that we were able to download, we couldn’t find the creamy salsa that we made. This is minor because the whole experience was a delight. Thank you Chef Francisco!
