    Departing at 8/9 AM (depending on your location), this tour offers the convenience of pickup from San Jose only. Transportation is exclusively provided for the transfer tour option. To ensure a delightful experience, we kindly request a minimum of 4 passengers for the transfer to proceed. Pick up time will be send once your reservation is confirmed.

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

    Great tour, the zip line was fun and going through the forest on the tram was a great experience. Pablo gave us great information about the place. I'd left my camera lens cover in the car which they quickly left it in the reception of where I stayed.

    This was a great experience and would definitely recommend! The views from the zip lines were beautiful and the guides were very friendly and focused on safety. The aerial tram was scheduled after our zip lining, so it was a great opportunity to relax afterwards. We saw some monkeys, toucans, and other birds during our aerial tram tour. Included lunch was delicious. Just be aware that this is a full day trip, despite the Viator description saying it is from 8am to 1pm, we didn’t get back until closer to 5:30pm
