Very enjoyable tour, for the sites covered. The six hour duration was too long for the sites visited, and additional sites should be included for the time and money. We felt the travel time between sites was deliberately extended, as a five minute journey in one direction was 30 minutes in reverse. The guide, Hendrick, was excellent, knowledgeable with good communication skills. He added a trip to a restaurant to fill in the time, which was very enjoyable, but only two couples from the six stayed for the meal, with the remainder wanting to be returned to the cruise terminal.

Not well organised. Tram ride OK but nothing to see. Coffee museum OK but nothing to see. Monte Serrat OK, just a view of Santos. Pele museum closed as building damaged, back to the ship at 2.30pm.
Santos could be a real pretty place to visit if someone spent some money on renovating the old properties.

Our guide, Mauro, was excellent. He spoke English quite well and had a lot of information for us. Unfortunately, the Pele museum was closed so we didn't see that. The tramride around old Santos was nice, the coffee museum had a few interesting points. We had an excellent, and inexpensive lunch at a place with a beautiful view. I highly recommend this tour.
