Disappointing - 15 minutes late

Arrived at GRU at 5:10am (flight on time). Not speaking the language of Brazil, and arriving so early in the morning, I hired through Viator this company to assist me by being at the airport, holding a sign with my name upon arrival. Driver was 15 minutes late, but EVERY other person that had hired a driver with other companies had their driver there on time. Took me a couple minutes to read all 20 signs in disbelief the company I paid more than triple a taxi or Uber for was not there. They did respond to text quickly, gave the excuse the driver was at a different terminal (even though all flight details were provided ahead of time, terminal was not switched, and flight was on time). But doesn't make up for the fact it is 5:25am (after passing immigration) and I am standing there with no ability to speak the language trying to figure out what to do. If I could go back, I would save the money, and pay for a taxi or Uber - both of which were ready immediately upon arrival. They also offered a free ride back to the airport as compensation - I give them credit for quick responses, and effort to rectify. But was unwilling to risk another mishap with an unreliable company. Use Uber or an official taxi - save the money, and get out on time.

After years working with Viator and nearly 100 positive reviews, we believe that our company is REALIBLE and the customer reviews are reflect of that. As you mentioned, we were quick to respond your call and solve your problem. In the morning, I showed you that we had at least 10 LATAM flights arriving together and some of them end up diverting to Terminal 2. Our driver was at the correct terminal waiting for you and for some silly mistakke from his part, he thought your flight changed terminals. This confusion caused the 15 minutes waiting and I agree, it is disapointing. Offering you a complementary transfer was a way to show you our apologies and try to change the wrong impression you had. Not an app service or taxi could come close to the service we provide, that is why we were willing to offer you the service you deserve for free and not get this unfair review. Again, send us a message next time you are here so you send you a complemantary transfer.

Absolutely brilliant. The concierge was waiting with a name board for me the moment I walked through the security doors. The wait for the car to arrive was about 5 minutes but that's expected. The ride was comfortable and of exceptional standard. I would definately use this service again. Trust me. This is much better than trying to get an Uber from the airport.

convenient, well-organized, and reliable way arriving in Sao Paulo! Someone named Jean Claude contacted us about the arrangement 24hrs prior to our arrival. A lady waited at the exit gate with a sign, greeted, and ushered us to the pick-up point. Another lady at the pick-up point informed us to wait for 5mnts. A car came, the driver (Igor) greeted and helped us loading the luggage. It was a smooth drive and we engaged in a pleasant small talk. We reached our hotel and Igor helped us again unloading the luggage. It was a reassuring experience.

Silent ride in traffic

Reliable but due to traffic the driver was late. The driver didn’t say a single word to us, it could have be language barrier but a simple hi would have been welcome. Thankfully the greeter was awesome and kept us in the loop of what was going on as we waited on the driver.

Very good organized company. Someone waits in the arrival hall and in a few minutes you sit in your car. The driver Jean Carlos drives very professional and he knows also a lot about São Paulo. Inside his car you get WIFI, Snacks and cold drinks. In one word: PERFECT!
