Hi Susan! Thank you very much for your feedback, this is incredibly helpful for me. :)
First, I'd like to apologize if my food tour was not meeting your expectations, I'm sincerely sorry for this.
The menu is always public and shared with you at the moment of the reservation, also you can review it, of course, before the reservation. My biggest concern is to reduce food waste, at the same time that I want to leave all my guests extremely satisfied.
It is important to mention that we also had a stop at a Craft Brewery where you could have as much as taste you wish and where you also had a glass of beer, artisanal, and high quality beer.
Even thought, I 100% understand that the idea of quantity is relative, which is the reason I always ask my guests along the tour if they're fine with the path we are following and satisfied. I'm sorry if you were not.
Ultimately, consider that what you pay for this tour it is not just related to the quantity of food you achieve, but also to the quality of food I provide and to a 3 and half hour of a tour guide at your service :)
If you'll ever be back in SP, I'd be happy to have another chance with you!
