Unforgettable Cooking Experience in Sarajevo with Mersiha and Mustafa

If you are looking for an authentic cooking class in Sarajevo, I highly recommend taking the class with Mersiha. Mersiha and her partner Mustafa are adorable people who share their experiences, home, and love for cooking with so much passion. While cooking, laughing, and eating together, it felt as if we had known each other for a long time. Cooking Mersiha's dishes at home will always remind us of this unforgettable day in Sarajevo and the warm hospitality that we received. It is an experience that lives on in our memories and in our kitchens. Thank you both so much!

What can I say? Merisha & Moustafa made us feel right at home. The food was amazing, the class was so much fun. It was like having a lovely afternoon with an old friend with great food, new skills and lots of laughs. Please book this class! Bosnian food is highly underrated and there is no better place to have a whistle stop tour than cooking along with Merisha. Also Moustafa does tours so please check out his tours as well.

参加して本当に良かったです！　 私はあまり英語が上手ではなく、参加者が私一人ということで心配しましたが、メルシハさんはとても分かりやすい英語で話してくださり、何より笑顔と気遣いに感動しました。 美味しいサルマとブレクを作りました。とても楽しく興味深いものでした。 ブレクの生地の薄さや製作過程を体験して、あんなにサクサクとした食感になるのがよく分かりました。色々な野菜にお肉を詰めるのも楽しかった。 実は、前日にのスレブレニツァの展示を見てショックを受け、当時の朝はあまりご飯を食べられず、人間が怖くなってもいたタイミングでの料理教室参加でした。 でもメルシハさんや旦那さんのムスタファさんに温かく接していただけて、救われました。元気を取り戻せました。感謝しています。 私の相棒のぬいぐるみのために、紙ナプキンを敷いてブレクを乗せてくれました。そのことも、ありがとうございました。

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Kochkurs bei Merisha. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht, es gab tolle Gespräche mit Merisha und Mustafa und das Essen war sehr, sehr gut. Trad.
