Sarajevo International Airport: Your driver will greet you outside customs holding a sign with your name on it. In case you cannot locate your driver, contact the local partner at +38761076756. In the event of a flight delay of more than 1 hour, your transfer is no longer guaranteed. It is advised to contact the local partner in advance should you realize that your flight will be arriving late in Sarajevo.

A fantastic first impression of Sarajevo. Asim connected with me a day or so ahead of the trip to confirm. I really appreciated this because the Viator confirmation does not display the flight details submitted at booking. My driver was a lovely gentleman who met me immediately after I walked out of Customs and promptly helped me wirh my bags. He graciously pointed out landmarks on our drive into the city. Also to top things off, he didn't just dump me at the address. He walked out with me to ensure the apartment drop-off was correct then helped bring my bags over. Top service and one others should emulate.

I really appreciate how quick they were to responding to my messages. The location I requested to be picked up was not the location Google maps showed, but thanks to their quick response the driver was able to get to where I was. The driver was friendly and cautious.

We arranged a pick-up at the airport and the car was confirmed but did not show up. To be fair, I only arranged it that morning and was actually surprised it was confirmed. When it didn't show up, I wasn't too shocked. Thankfully I had cash from a previous trip there and we took a taxi. It was 23:00. If this had been my first visit to Sarjevo, I would have been extremely nervous being left at the airport in the middle of the night. The car service emailed me in the morning and apologized for the miscommunication and gave me a full refund. Airport pickups are extremely important to get right.

Couldn't be happier with our choice to book our transfers with this team. They went above and beyond, making us comfortable, telling us stories, and even dropping us off in town after we dropped our bags at our Airbnb and showing us around. At the end of our trip we had some trouble with our boarding passes and Asim even printed out all the documents we needed, for a 4.30 am pickup time back to the airport too! So friendly, so generous, just can't compliment them enough. You won't regret booking with this company!

Great ride from the airport, clear sign on arrival, and comfortable seating. Very personable with engaging conversation, we even got a brief lesson on the local culture and government! Our driver also gives tours of Herzegovina (where he is from). He is clearly passionate about sharing his knowledge and love for his home.
