A great low key day!

A visit to Tybee was sandwiched into a very busy trip. The entire experience was EFFORTLESS - pickup/drop off at hotel. Set up with a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella right off the entrance to the beach. Would recommend 5/5 ⭐️

Beach is very nice. Lots of places there that you could get a drink or food. I thought too much time was spent in the morning stopping at a convenience store for water or snacks but a great day otherwise.

Chris was prompt and cordial. He thought of everything. He picked me at my door. I shared the ride with a small family. We drove in comfort while he pointed out landmarks and the historical facts associated. Stopped for drinks and snacks which he packed in a cooler for me. Arrived with my chair and umbrella already set up. He left me with 2 clean towels. He returned to pick us up promptly at designated time for a pleasant trip back to my flat.

Our driver was a lot of fun! Shared stories of his family and experiences that brought him to Savannah. It was like having family drive you to the beach. He picked up my husband and I at our hotel and then picked up a few other parties. The bus fit about 13 folks. On our way to Tybee, we made a stop at a convenient store thst had fresh roasted peanuts! David had a cooler for each group which was awesome. We were able to get drinks and snacks and had the cooler to put them in. David also provided the ice as well. Once at Tybee, we were greeted with our own chairs and umbrellas. It was a really wonderful way to start our 10 year anniversary day. We would DEFINITELY BOOK this service AGAIN with David!

A nice experience

There was confusion where it was printed on my reservation confirmation that I would be picked up at my hotel and that was incorrect. I was not informed where to go to meet the bus until the evening before the excursion. I had to drive to the specified location, nowhere near my hotel, to pick up the beach bus. I was also told that parking was free, and it was not. I could have been ticketed until I spoke with an employee for another carrier who told me parking was not free. After all of that, the rest of the experience was good. Loved Dave, the bus driver. He filled us in on all sorts of local information and was generally a very nice guy. Nice having beach chairs, towels and a cooler. The excursion price was a bit high for the services received, but otherwise, I had a very nice time.

Easy and no hassle trips to Tybee Island

Dave was a great shuttle driver. A pleasure to ride with. Taking the trip to Tybee island was a smooth and easy experience for us out of towners. Everything was taken care of for us. Towels, chairs, umbrellas and an iced cooler for us to put our snacks in. Not all of us are sun lovers but this was a relaxing time for sun lovers or shade dwellers alike!!! Highly recommend!

It was so great being able to just go and enjoy our day at the beach without having to worry about bringing things with us. We were in town for a girls' weekend, and it was very convenient getting picked up and taken to and from Tybee Island with the umbrellas, chairs, towels and coolers all taken care of so we could just show up and have fun. We had a great time!

What a great day! David was a good driver with lots of tidbits and facts about Tybee Island and Savannah. The beach is beautiful. More things to do like going up the lighthouse and science center if you want or just lounge in the beach chair. There’s a restaurant and bar with live music and also bathrooms and showers too. Worth every penny.

The Tybee Beach Bus was such a great experience! We met new and exciting friends and Chris made the entire day seamless. The convenience of transportation, beach chairs, towels, coolers, ice, and stopping at local store was definitely worth the price. I would highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for an easy breezy beach trip while visiting Savannah!

This was worth every cent spent! Chris (our host) was very friendly and took care of every detail of the trip. They also stop beforehand so you can stock up on beverages and snacks which was so helpful! The island was awesome and I would recommend this to anyone!

This was a great excursion. Our driver picked us right up from our hotel. He was very kind and a safe driver. He let us know where he would pick us up at the end of the day and we had a wonderful time at the beach. I would definitely book this again.

I recommend this experience as is “worries free”. Just bring your bathing suit. The cooler, towels, chairs, umbrella and transportation were all provided. We made a stop to buy beverages for the cooler and there are places to eat and drink on the island. Also, worth visiting the Marine center and meeting Ike, the loggerhead turtle, just a few days before being released. The water temperature was perfect. It was a very relaxing day.

Excellent! I travelled alone with my kids and this saved the day. I can’t stress enough to anyone considering this to just do it. All the stress and hassle was removed. Great way to travel to the beach...

This was the best way to do a day trip to the beach. Uber's are hard to find coming back from the Island so we thought this was the best option and it was the best decision. Everything was setup when we arrived. Coolers with ice, chairs, and umbrellas in a really great spot. Very smooth experience. Highly recommended.

Perfect way to spend the day at the beach. They pick you up at your hotel. Have coolers filled with ice. Stops at a convenience/liquor store. When you get to the beach, chairs, umbrella and towels are all setup. Couldn’t be easier!

Dave picked us up at our hotel and had a few more stops along the way to pick up other guest but it was a quick trip and very pleasant!! Dave stopped at a gas station for any last minute supplies we may have needed & then helped pack up our coolers, which he already had ready with ice! On the drive, Dave gave us a little history on each island town we drove through. When we got to Tybee, he handed each of us a towel and guided us to our already set up chairs and umbrella! We had such a beautiful beach day & my only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer! Haha Dave knew we would all be tired on the drive back so he put on some music and we all relaxed on the drive back! Great great day!
