What a great experience. From the start our driver picked us up on time and drove us to our destination. Once there we were greeted with a drink and readied for our small boat ride to two areas to snorkel. The marine life was amazing and we had the best time. Following we had a great lunch before being driven back to our hotel. Highly recommend this activity.

not a plesent experience

my son( age 6.5) was excited about snorkeling so we decided to book it, the first part was good the driver picked us up from hotel on time ( even early) the trip from seminyak to blue lagoon was plesent. when we arrive to blue lagoon 1st they gave the fins and life jacket which were dirty and wet ( wet is okey but dirty no) we got on the boat the guide didnt know any english , he gave us 2 snorkeling goggle which were also not clean. l told him this will be first time for my son he said okey ( l dont know if he understood) he stopped somewhere and said okey jump without any help or instructions.anyway we got in and the googles were getting water in so my son felt uncomfortable.l asked if they have any other google he gave the one he is using not cleaned 🤦🏻‍♀️ we ended the trip early and got back. luckly my son didnt have high expectations so he didnt complain but could have been unforgettable if it was well organized with better equipment and support. ps: there are lots of rubbish in the sea.

Thank you very much for writing us your feed back which is very important for us to have this kind of feedback. First we would like to apologize if small size glases not that fit for your son. And we have reported this to the snorkeling manager as well. And also about the life jacket is has been used by other passenger earlier and that is why little bit wet. But it will be wet on the water as well. And also about the colour of life jacket is dark purple, is look feading because the cotton when is wet the colour get blury as our investigation. The snorkeling guide can speak english, we will make more deep investigation as breafing and information is presented upon arrival. Before you get snorkeling equipment, the manager is seem already presented information following the tour route of the snorkeling, and also from deep of our hearth, we would like to apologize, last month as it ends of march when you was doing snorkeling it was getting ends to the rain season. After rain, there is so many rubbish it can be float to the ocean. But for the moment the bluelagoon and tanjung jepun now is clean as we can confirmed following the other snorkeling tour we do to day. You dont need to know swimming and yet enjoy to fullest

This was the best experience of the trip. My kid enjoyed every bit of it. Right after booking the trip, I contacted the Viator customer care on concerns related to not knowing swimming. The customer care was swift and reassured that it could be done. We were still apprehensive until we actually reached there. At Amed the team was very professional and had all equipments to help us enjoy the best. We were provided all snorkelling equipments, life vest, and floats to ensure that we enjoy and at the time we were safe. We rented for a go pro and the pictures are mesmerising. The best experienc ever.

Good for beginners

Really good snorkeling for beginners. Guide was careful to repeatedly check if everyone was ok. We wore life jackets and my children had never snorkeled before. They explained in advance what to expect. There was 2 spots, the first had an excellent selection of fish and we saw the clown fish.The second spot was quite choppy so we didn't stay long but did get to see the turtles. Nice lunch at end

Unprofessional guide, smoking on the boat around our kids, hassling us for tip, inappropriately holding my wife hand during the snorkeling

Thank you very much for the review sir, with out your feedback will be there is no way we can improve our tird partner quality and services. And we make an investigation by asked the manager right away and first thing we would like to apologize if the guide smoking on the boat during the snorkeling. We get informed it was little time waiying for the rain he said. But that is true not good if smoking near the kids. We will make this special note as a warning for our thirdpartner snorkeling provider. If we found this issue again, we will take another action and get to another provider in bluelagoon for snorkeling. It should be a human guide missunderstanding and we will monitoring that rule. And other case we found as well for holding your wife hand, he said he try to help her because she can't swim. With the wave condition he said your wife can't heandle to make her body stable and balance even using life jacket. So the guide try to help her. That is the apologizing report we get from the manager. And that is with out knowing about culture that other man not allowed to hold the hand someone wife with out permition from husband. We as the management known about that and surely this is a new experience for us and will make a more deep investigation. Good bang for the buck

The driver was on time and actually a bit early. I started at 1pm and got back around 6pm. Covid has hurt the industry so I was the only person at the restaurant and only person being brought snorkeling. The snorkeling guy was super nice and great at showing me around in the water. We saw 1 small turtle at the bottle of seabed, I guess the current was too strong and it scares off the turtles. Also it came with lunch includes, had good egg noodles that were tasty. Great experience and I would recommend!
