          Great fun, was easy to change voucher for experience, just queued and showed my vouchers. We got there very early and had to wait for our allocated time.

          I request for refund of my booking as I cannot get into the ride even my booking is confirmed. I arrived at the entrance of Skyline Luge with my booking confirmation message. The staff checked the confirmed booking message but it had no QR code vouchers. I called the support hotline but it was busy all the time. I sent message to help desk for assistance but no reply to me. I waited for hours but still could not take the ride. It was extreme disappointed and frustrated with my family. I am asking for refund as it was not able to deliver the service and product to me as expect.
