    You must bring your passport with you, all of your group Pickup condition : Seoul is really big city, we cannot pick all of places in Seoul Available pickup Range : Jongno-gu, Yongsan-Gu, Jung-Gu, Gangnam-Gu, Songpa-Gu, Mapo-Gu, A part of Dongdaemun-Gu Most of hotels are located in those district, so if you stay around myeongdong or hongdae or gangnam, no problem for pickup service Other area is far from the pickup range, in this case, we can ask you to come certain place which is easy to come from your place or the best spot for your pickup Please understand that Seoul is too big , we cannot cover all places and viator cannot set pickup range in details! *Tour tour is based in Seoul, so Pickup is in Seoul, not Incheon and other cities! please come to Seoul to join the tour!

    Well organised from pick up at hotel to the tour itself. Kept informed by Joo (and Vincent at DMZ) about what would be happening and when and why some waits would occur. Covered Dora Observatory, the 3rd Tunnel and the nearby suspension bridge (quite a walk once there).

    Everything was very precise and timely. However it was extremely hectic and not a free time at all. Suspension bridge may be excluded so as to give more time at other points, to make this trip, the relaxed one.

    I was unsure about booking this tour, but boy am I glad I did. The guide Joo Ee was so great! Kept in contact up to the point of pick up, on time, very knowledgeable and super sweet!! Because it's a first come first serve event, she made sure to get us where we needed to be when we needed to be there. She was very knowledge, and at times very passionate with the history of the DMZ. I am not a history buff, my knowledge of the Korean war was limited, and was a solo traveler, and Im extremely glad I booked this!!

    Tour is rushed, there is very little time to stop and eat something considering no lunch is included and you can't bring food on the bus. Every stop is rushed as if planned at the last minute. Things to see are interesting and have historical relevence.

    This was an informative and memorable tour to the DMZ. Our guide, Joy E, did an excellent job of explaining everything that we were scheduled to see and was very good at describing the history of the Korean War. The Suspension Bridge and additional hike to a waterfall was also quite enjoyable. She gave us an extra treat by booking us for the monorail into the third tunnel, which saved having to walk up and down a steep path with a low ceiling! This tour had a lot of stops and she kept us on time throughout the day. I highly recommend this tour for anyone with an interest in learning more about the Korean War and seeing a view of North Korea from the Dora Observatory.

    Fabulous day trip with our guide Jake. A small comfortable bus with a fun group. Pre tour communication was excellent and Jake kept us on time and had all our necessary paperwork in order, all while making sure we didn’t miss anything. Highly recommended if you have a free day in Seoul.

    Was amazing to see parts of North Korea! The tunnel was very cramped but how they dug it without being detected is crazy!

    The whole tour was memorable, particularly the visit to the third tunnel however the best was Jake our guide who was not only very knowledgeable but also a pleasure to talk with and learn more about Korean culture. Thank you Jake .

    Vincent was friendly and helpful. It was great to have someone organising tickets etc. Bear in mind it's a long day, starting at 6:20am back to Seoul at 4:30pm.

    The small group tour is highly recommended. Vincent is a great guide/driver. His communication is very clear and he managed the time really well. He often helped us to take pictures. He provided a lot of information on the way to DMZ. Since the tour is small group, it is so much easier to get on and off the bus and the tour is much more relaxed and enjoyable.
