Visite intéressante mais la guide n’a tenu aucun compte ni de notre niveau d’anglais moyen pour venir vers nous et nous ré préciser les consignes techniques, ni du handicap de mon épouse et ce bien que je lui ai fait la remarque à plusieurs reprises.

Viator est une entreprise sérieuse et avec un sens aigu du service. Vous pouvez leur faire confiance. Notre guide ayant attrapé le Covid la veille au soir de notre excursion. Ils nous ont trouvé une solution pour assurer la prestation en nous reclassant en visite VIP avec un guide au top (compétence et gentillesse). La visite a été passionnante et ne surtout pas prendre une excursion sans le pont suspendu de Gamaksan. Ce pont se trouve dans un parc naturel (végétation luxuriante) avec une cascade et un temple. Merci à vous.
