We did the full day tour of Seoul with Nancy! Nancy was so fun, extremely knowledgeable about everything we saw, and patient with our large group. Nancy loves her job and it shows!!! The day around Seoul showed us so much more than you can Google to do around Seoul. Can’t recommend this tour and time with Team Nancy enough 10/10!

Our tour guide K was great. She is so patient and so nice as well as pretty organized. She gave us lots of nice info during the tour. The coach was so comfy. The palace was great. We were very happy to see the guard ceremony. Overall great tour and great places to see. The N-seoul tower was the highlight for me. It has beautiful views and a very nice area to chill after a long tour. Highly recommend VIP tours!

Authentic and Awesome Seoul Tour Experience

Jenny is a fantastic tour guide. She knows the history, culture and tradition of Korea really well. She was very patient even though the tour schedule was packed. She ended up being with us until 5:15pm extending her service due to some delays with Namsan Cable Tour. We learned a lot about Seoul and Korea, palaces and kings, how Korea never invaded other country despite being on the receiving end.

The tour was great but what I considered the crown jewel was a visit to the Korean Ginsing building were I learned a lot about ginseng - a miracle root.

Nancy was the BEST tour guide! She took us around almost all of the highlights of Seoul city, and was great about giving us lots of information and answering questions along the way. She even helped people take photos and gave suggestions for us for the remainder of our Korea vacation.

Jenny was an amazing tour guide - so knowledgeable about Korean culture, life and history! Love the palace changing of the guard especially. Jenny had so much information to share there and it was fascinating! All stops were excellent - only downside was the Ginseng tour - a hard sell on ginseng purchase and not that interesting.

Gaby and her driver were very nice and helpful. We had a great day and she went out of her way to keep us happy. The van was in great. Shape and I have zero complaints other than the visit to the ginseng store. We just didn't buy anything and that was it.

Fun Big Korean Day

Fun & busy first day in Korea with VIP Travel’s Sunny ~ it was a great way to get our short stay in Korea started to see all the highlights. Sunny’s insights, enthusiasm and her local & historical knowledge really added value to the tour. We were happy to see the changing of the guard, the palace was my highlight, such a lovely setting. A couple of things to note. 1. The ginseng ‘tour’ was a long infomercial with an obligatory hard-sell but as we had previously read about that about that in reviews, we just disengaged for that part. 2. I did get quite sore & tired from the uphill walking but my husband had no issues at all, but it’s a big day so to be expected. Overall, the tour company is well organised and professional, the van was very comfortable, we had a really fun day and Sunny was a fantastic guide.

Worst tour ever!!!! They will take you to a Ginseng medical center that is hidden on the schedule, you’ll lose one hour!

Worst tour ever!!! At the middle of the tour they take you to a Ginseng Medical Center that is hidden on the tour schedule, we suppose the guide Kelly receives commission from this place you will lose 1 hour of your day trip, also the drop off is the worst moment of the tour, they leave you on the street without knowing anything, it’s very difficult to grab a taxi back to your hotel, and the metro is very difficult to understand.
