    It’s nice, but not quite what’s advertised

    Mixed feelings regarding this tour: Pros: our guide was great. Let us know the plan for the day and communicated well. Lunch was nice (not great for a vegetarian). Driver arrived on time and van had aircon. Stopped for water and toilets when needed. Cons: you don’t actually snorkel blue hole. You snorkel in a spot 2km away, which although is still very pretty, this tour is falsely advertising what you actually get. You also get told an hr snorkelling which in reality is 30minutes. Camel ride 5 mins. Canyon 30min. You do get a good 30-40mins in a shop where they try and sell you perfumes. Prices were reasonable but not why I went on this tour. All in all, it’s 11 hrs but not actually much of that is spent in the water or the canyon.

    I had unforgettable experience , The tour was wonderful and the Guide AHMED is amazingly nice and professional, he supported me while swimming at the blue hole as it was my first experience and he assisted us and answered all our querries during the tour . I would happily redo the this experience again👍🏻👍🏻

    A really nice experience, and great value for the money. There were such a good vibe with the tour guides, and the chief guide, Muhammad, and Amir, the photographer with him very really nice and helpful, genuine in their care for the customers/group traveling with them. My son got a bit afraid in the water, but it was no problem, since it is also a proffesiaonal diver with the group when entering the blue hole. He took care of my son (who were able to relax and enhoy the moment) while I could join the group snorkling. The blue hole is amazing! Fish and beautiful corrals as soon as you enter the water. The minus of the trip would be the rude and almost aggressive people (regards asking for/demanding money) handling the camels at the Blue hole area. But it is okay since guides are very helpful minimising the pressure of those. An advice is to ask for the prise at the beduin shop stop before getting at the blue hole, since it is extremely overprised. The Staff at the supermarket on the retour, Just after leaving the Blue Hole, is very helpful and nice. Do also bring tissues to use at the toilets on the blue hole area. All in all, an experience you should have while visiting Sharm. Remember to tip the guides, since they are very polite and unlike the beduins, and does not ask or hint for that themselves.

    safety measures could be better

    Blue hole was great but the overall service offered by the company was not that good. Camel ride is a quick back and forth, maybe 500m in total, alongside the beach. City tour was an extra in the program that includes visiting shopping place. Each activity is somehow rushed. People doing different activities were grouped together so the planning was tight. Our main complaint is safety. While saying they want to make things fun for you, they overlook safety measures. We were brought on a quad ride, driving fast and slaloming on sandy road because they think it is fun. But we were 2 people not properly seated in the back and hanging on our life with just our hands, while keeping hold on the snorkeling equipment. I got projected out of the quad bike during the ride and got injured on my foot. I didn’t break bones, fortunately, but was unable to continue the rest of the tour.

    Blue hole disaster

    The tour I purchased was in english the tour guide through the 9 hour plus journrwy donated 5 minutes of translation so did the tour blind and not knowing the history behind where I was going . The stop for lunch was horrible the toilets had flooded and the worse hygiene state we ate lunch in this place .The snorkeling in the blue hole we were not accompanied by the guide as a group he just told us to go and come back and when 2 russian girls were in trouble from fatigue there was no response .The ending stop the canyon was not so interesting of a stop .

    Expensive (with hidden costs) without seeing and doing much. Go to Dahab by train and then on foot: you will enjoy more.

    The description of the tour is pretty much misleading: - the camel ride lasts only 5 minutes (I recorded a video); - the dip into the coral reef lasts about 20 minutes; - the lunch consists of a chicken leg with a little bit of salad and rice; - there is NO VISIT to Dahab village, not even a short walk on the seafront because you will just be brought to a shop in the suburbs with expensive perfumes; - the hike in the canyon lasts about 45 min (stop for pics included). Most of the day was a waste of time, full of empty moments. Also, there are a lot of hidden costs: beside the 10$ mentioned for the park, there are 10$ more for the rental of flippers and wetsuit (really needed because the area of the Blue Hole is so cold and windy that it is unpleasant for swimming and you can't stay in the water for more than 20 min even with the wetsuit that they give you). Least important, but worth to mention: I was put in a tour with Arab and Russian guests and the guide spoke only Russian and Arab without translating to English (I was more interested in the activities rather than in the explanation, but still I would have liked to get some information).

    Horrendous experience, pure scam

    They advertise that they will take you to Colored Canyon, but in fact they will never take you there. I complained about that to the guide and he told me to complain to the tour operator, because this is not of his concern. This tour operator is a pure scam!

    Avevo selezionato una guida in italiano, e invece mi hanno assegnato una guida che parlava arabo e sapeva dire a malapena buongiorno in italiano. Le attivitá da fare sono state fatte tutte di corsa e non cé stato neanche il tempo di rendersi conto dove si era. Per lo snorkeling siamo stati seguiti dall'autista del furgone che non ci teneva per mano come bambini. Il pranzo é stato abbastanza decente, ma non erano comprese le bevande, non era indicato da nessuna parte. La camminata nel canyon é stata una corsa sotto il sole, ho rischiato un infarto. Ho dovuto pagare 25 euro per fare delle fotografie, che sinceramente non avrei voluto fare, ma che mi hanno, con il loro modo, obbligato a fare. La cosa che piú mi disturba di queste escursioni é la non sinceritá del prezzo che uno paga, parti da 20 euro e alla fine ti ritrovi a spenderne almeno 50/60. Ci mancava poco che anche i pesci mi chiedessero la mancia. Se qualcuno degli organizzatori legge questa mia recensione, vorrei suggerire di fare un prezzo sincero compreso di tutto, foto, mance e tutto il resto; ho sentito molte altre persone lamentarsi vivamente di questo.

    Nicht der "Colored Canyon"!

    Das "blue hole" war wirklich cool, jedoch hat unser guide beschlossen uns über heiße Steine laufen zulassen um zum Beginn des Schnorchelns zu gelangen. Das im Preis inkludierte Schnorcheln Equipment mussten wir bezahlen. Zwischendurch wurden wir noch durch ein Verkaufsgeschäft geführt, das war dann die tour durch Dahab... Und der Trip führt definitiv nicht zum "Colored Canyon" wir waren bei irgendeinem uninteressanten Berg, aber definitiv nicht der besagte Canyon. Alles in allem ein verschwendeter Tag. Lustig, dass der Name plötzlich umbenannt wurde, aber ist auch gut so. Als ich die Tour gebucht habe hieß sie noch: per Bus nach Dahab und zum "Colored Canyon" und das war definitiv eine Lüge.
