Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Terrible, unprofessional tour company!!!

Driver was late picking us up. Driver dropped us off without entrance tickets. We had to pay twice!! Tour description said it was a four hour tour and pick up would be 6 PM. Driver said he would be back to pick us up at 8:15 PM. So we had to catch our own Uber ride to the hotel. . I’ve contacted this third-party tour company, and they have ignored my requests for a complete refund. Poor, poor, poor, unprofessional tour company. Do not book this tour!!!

It's just beautiful to see....the transportation was helpful and comprehensive. We have spent a memorable time over there and enjoyed well the gardens as well as the foods...satay were too good!

Pick up from hotel

Pick up from our hotel was terrible. Driver was unprofessional. As per tour operator directions driver should pic up at front of the lobby by 2pm. He was standing around the corner of our hotel, not at front of the lobby. We have to go and looking for our car. No signs on the car. Driver is not speak English... He show up after I call tour operator and ask what color and model of the car. He was 30 min late ( outside temperature 98 F, and 100% humidity). Unprofessional service.

Disastrous.......and we should be given a refund.

I had booked a 4.00pm slot for the vieweing Deck expecting to be up on the viewing deck for at least ah hour to so. Got send a message that we were being picked up 1.5 hours earlier. Got dropped off at the Marina Sands to be told that we had to be back at the taxi at 4.00pm - the queue was close on an hour;s wait. at 3.48 decided we could not wait in the queue any longer as the bus was leaving at 4.00pm as the next part was only allows access no later than 4.30. So never got to the Observation deck, of the Marina Sands.....how can you expect someone to wait in a queue for over an hour and expect them to spent 3 minutes at the top. Oh but this is 31st December we were told......that is why I booked the 4.00 pm slot. Same the the Gardens, the queue to get to the Observation Deck of the Gardens closed at 4.30 we got their with 12 minutes to spare....so also did not make it into this deck. I paid for a specific time with no explanation as to why initially our pick up was now 2.30 and not 3.45 as was originally Whats Apped to me. The

Very poor experience

Driver turned up and just left us at the Marina bay sands with no instructions, or pick up details. We missed our slot at the Sky park and it took 45 minutes for us to sort out the supertree and flower Dome tickets. The seven other People on the trip just went home and I walked a long way home as I did not trust the company to pick me up after trying to arrange a pick up time and place. A totally spoilt trip and not Viators usual standard. Luxury tours are certainly not luxury and very poorly organised . I would advise against using them .

Picked up from your hotel and taken to Skypark lookout. Amazing views over Singapore. Then picked up again to go to Flower Dome, spectacular display of flowers and botanical gardens are beautiful.

Sands SkyPark is quite unique experience to see Singapore with bird’s eye view!. Gardens by the bay has lot of beautiful varieties of plants, flowers and trees almost an alternative for visiting the forest!

If you like to queue and be rushed this is for you

Where do I start, the driver that picked us up ( accompanied by a young kid in the passenger seat) thought he was on a formula 1 track to get us there. Dropped us off and said ill meet you over there later. ( not fully explaining where) .skytower was very busy with queues for the lift, amazing views The flower dome was very nice but very restricted time wise. Then onto the super tree. A queue a mile long with only 1 lift to take people up to the viewing platform. As it starting to get dark we were getting close to get to the meeting point only to find an even longer queue for the lift to get back down. The driver had messaged earlier to tell us the rego of the car waiting to pick us up.. after a very frustrating half hour of trying to find the pick up point,we finally got in touch with the driver for him to tell us a different pick up point, then to top it off the car was a different rego and colour to what we were told. Overall very disappointed.

Not a tour.

Make note, this is just a ride to the observation deck and entrance to deck and flower dome. There is no info en route. I suggest getting tickets ahead of time for cloud dome too. The light show is at 1945. The “tour” gave us a lot of downtime. 4 hours isn’t needed for 1 dome and the light show. Flower dome was gorgeous.

The tree lights were spectacular and a must for everyone visiting Singapore. Disappointing that we were unable to get onto the Sands Skypark Observation Deck which would have been the highlight, due to the weather.

The trip to the top of the Marina bay sands we were picked up and just dropped off wo find our own way around QR codes presented some issues trying to access the Dome and the Sky Garden tour was possibly longer than needed.we personally would catch a taxi and sort our own pre bought tickets I think

Singapore In The Evening

Took the last time slot so we could see the view of the city at night and the gardens by the bay trees light show. Fortunately our hotel was close to the drop off at the Marina Bay Sands. Get your tickets to the Obervation Deck before proceeding to Gardens By The Bay. A fair amount of walking to the Gardens By The Bay ticket office. Viator did not send my entrance to the Super Tree and Flower Dome and needed to call Viator to get the required QR for ticketing by email. The tour did not include Cloud Forest so you may want to purchase tickets for that facility. The queuing for the observation deck was long.

Beautiful place, terrible customer service. Use a different company!

Driver was late (about 20 minutes) to pick me up at the hotel which. Then he told the entire group he would pick us up at 7:15 from Gardens by the bay. He did not show up for 45 minutes and was not answering anybody's calls. I proceeded to call the company directly and they told me they were going to contact the driver. 10 minutes later, no driver, so I called the company many times more and they ignored my calls. Beautiful gardens but do not go with this company! They just want your money.

Lights in Garden were sensational as was the view from the Sky park. However there was little assistance from the drop off drivers and no real guidance as to what to do when we got to venues. We expected a tour guide to accompany us

I would like a refund. Tour was totally misrepresented. DRIVER, only, no tour guide, did not understand English nor speak it. Dropped us off and picked us up. What does tour mean?????? Refund would be appreciated.

It was a lovely trip but very disappointed that you were unable to have drinks at the bar on the deck without paying further. Also I did find it very expensive when it was actually free to get into the light show.
