Enjoyed being able to get off and on. The night tour was amazing. The thing that could be improved is putting the number of the bus stop on their map on the bus signs on the road.

Loads of pick up points and good organisation when sorting changing lines at the central hub. Personally, we much preferred the Yellow Line. All buses very clean and tidy with pleasant staff throughout.

For the most part, it was good. But we had an unpleasant experience. Attempting to get our night tour. The bus we wanted to take to our night tour pick up drove right past us. Ensuring we would not make it in time. The next driver was not only rude but downright mean.

buses run every 45 minutes, very long waiting time. Bus stops are not marked so iy is hard to find them.

It was a great experience for myself and family. All key places covered with Courteous Bus Staff and facilities are very good in the Bus. Frequency of the Buses was also very good to ensure we don't lost time. We covered both the Red and Yellow Lines in approx 8 Hrs Time Comfortably.

A great way introduction to Singapore

Reliable service. Good pre recorded commentary. Some vehicles have partially covered upper deck seating which is welcome when the sun is shining! Would have liked to see more crossover points between the two routes and as you understandably cannot stand when the vehicle is moving, vehicles pausing at stops for photographs to be taken if staying on board would be welcomed

Great way to get an overview of singapore. Turned out to start at a convenient and close mall. Proximity to inside walking and good food options was great. Some of the audio cut out from time to time, but was informative when working. Never really hoped off, so can’t comment on frequency of buses. Never encountered stops where people could not board due to overbooking. Sometimes every seat was taken. But not uncomfortable

Easy to Access bus anywhere on route

Once you booked your ticket on the Viator app you could then get on at any of the stops and just show the QR code to the driver. U did not need to go to the main hop on hop off terminal. Good tour of city especially when you don’t have much time.

Our least favourite big bus city tour

Unfortunately this was the least favourite big bus tour we have ever been on (due to lack of history in alot of the city - (but that's just our opinion) Also - we bought a 48 hour / 2 day & night ticket thinking we could use the bus in the evenings to get around but we were not aware that it was a set time / structured bus & walk tour & this made us late for dinner reservation, as we couldn't get off when we needed to

Great way of getting around Singapore but a word of warning for cruise passengers - they won’t let you hop on at the cruise terminal unless you’ve bought your ticket through the cruise company so it’s a 20 minute walk to the nearest stop that will allow you to.

Singapore red line drive and driver was good .we did yellow line also finished 2nd day we enjoyed the ride then we bhai to go to Marina sands at observation deck so we asked gentle man which bus will get me to Marina sands he was polite take 56 will take you to marina sands .So asked the driver can you please let me know when we get to marina sands he didn’t respond so we went to sit but as we are new to Singapore we didn’t want pass the stop so as you can see the building was not sure right stop. We stood near the door we asked again oriental old driver kept quiet after one stop he opened the door so I asked is this the station he showed his hand to get out with very rude manner it was about 1.30 time on 8th March.We gave 5 stars but this incident was very disappointing for Singapore.
