This tour was absolutely incredible. Tony our guide was simply amazing! He took time to show us things we would not have noticed and his knowledge of the Amalfi Coast was amazing.
Tony made sure to ask us what things we wanted to do and see.
He also arranged an incredible lunch for us at the top of a hotel with an incredible view.

I don’t think there is any other way to tour Amalfi. Good luck renting a car or scooter and surviving the crazy driving, cliff side roads, and parking issues. Damage to cars and towing are very common if you don’t know what you are doing. Also, you are not guaranteed a seat on a bus. Lots of people have to wait as several full buses go by. Thankfully, with this tour you don’t have to worry about any of that. See all of Amalfi in one day with an experienced driver. Claudio was our driver. He is a gentleman and a scholar. He has 11 years of experience driving in Amalfi. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and recommend places to stop to eat and see. He can book boat rides from his cellphone the day of for example.
Amalfi is not what it was in the 60’s and 70’s. It is no longer a sleepy Italian coastline with just rich celebrities on the beaches. The age of Instagram has made this a desireable destination. As a result, it is better to see with an experienced driver as the other options are not practical.

Claudio was an excellent guide, great stories, history and flexibility throughout the day. Take the boat ride in Amalfi, see the coast from a different perspective. Tony was responsive and communicating from when we booked the tour all the way until we got dropped off. We also booked a Herculaneum, Mt Vesuvius Winery tour and transfer from Sorrento to Naples with Tony and Compass Tours. Excellent company, would highly recommend.

Tony took such good care of my family and I. He was very accommodating to my wife and kids request at all times. Never felt rushed during the whole tour. My kids could not stop laughing and calling him Uncle Tony. Thanks for a memorable tour of Amalfi. Would highly recommend to anyone of my friends and family coming to Amalfi and Sorrento.

Amazing day trip of the Amalfi coast! Their manager Toni was on top of it, re-routing our tour so we can avoid the congestion from a mega bike race happening that day. Our guide Marco was superb, an excellent driver turned into photographer for us (LOL as it was our big anniversary trip)! Exploring on our own would have been more dangerous, the routes along to see Ravello, Positano and Amalfi are tight. But more importantly we could have missed out on the informative commentary and spectacular stop points for the best pics! All in all, an incredible day riding in a luxury van across the most striking views in Italy!

Our guide Tony made our trip unforgettable.
He is very knowledgeable and considerate. He always treat people with respect and he is very patient. During this trip, he saw some Indian people ran into trouble and he helped to call a taxi for the Indian family. Tony is a great family man and he shared some story about some soccer players and he said in order to be considered great players they must be great people first as their actions affect millions of young kids, I truly agree with him.
