Once checked in with Amelia she will indicate you go upstairs and wait for your guide, together you will board the 10:00 AM Train. For bookings with children, you will need to show a copy of a document that shows proof of the child's age for free tickets (a photo on your phone is fine) Once on board train, stop for tour is POMPEII VILLA DEI MISTERI, please do not leave the train at other station. We cannot be held responsible if you board the wrong train or leave the train at the wrong station.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
