Overview

When your ship docks at the Southampton port, get to your London hotel with a private transfer, and stop to visit Windsor Castle en route. After a pickup by chauffeur-driven vehicle for your group of family and friends, you’ll travel to Windsor where you’ll have roughly three hours to explore the castle independently. After, you’ll be taken direct to your accommodation in London—or back to Southampton, if you prefer. Note that castle entry tickets are extra.

  • Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking.
  • Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
  • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Windsor castle. Thereafter £10.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available. Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Lovely day at Windsor after cruise

The town of Windsor is beautiful! Our driver contacted using WhatsApp before arriving at the cruise port, gave us the car color and plate, followed up with a WhatsApp text. Would use service again!
