Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Most importantly, she got us to our destination on time which made our connection to our train go smoothly. Dear Sir, We are very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. Your booking was for an estate car and we dispatched a MPV+ vehicle. This vehicle is a larger van than what you have booked. We are truly disappointed that you rated this vehicle the way you did. In UK and other countries, passengers sits in the back looks out of side windows and driver + front passenger looks out from front window. So not sure what you are trying to say in your comment. Your booking was incomplete and we had to contact you several times to get the correct information so we can make sure that you will have a smooth ride to London. Our driver was on time, drop you off at the hotel in timely manner and we dispatched a larger vehicle than what you have paid for so you can have a comfortable ride to London. We believe that we have done everything to deserve a 5 star rating.

Driver was waiting for us already when we got off from the Cruise ship. Driver was able to get us to the Central London area, but there was heavy traffic over the hotel area. The driver asked us to walk to the hotel which should be a few minutes walk with our luggage. We refused as we are not sure where is the hotel and it was hard to walk with all our heavy luggage. Eventually we arrived at the right hotel after 30 minutes and the driver left immediately right after we unloaded our luggage without saying a word. Not a good service!

Viator's supplier for this trip was one of the larger private-car services in London. We had pre-warned that we were 4 largish people with a lot of luggage, and the driver arrived in a very large and comfortable van he was at our hotel right on time. Our driver drove us briskly through side streets, residential neighborhoods, industrial areas and seemingly everything but cow paths, to get us from Tower Hill to the west side where we could get on the motorway, and we were still in Southampton in about two hours! This guy knew London like the back of his hand, and we saw things and places I'd bet most tourists never see, and we were still at the cruise port in plenty of time. Five stars.
