Melanie, our assigned local driver took us from South Hampton to London in a private tour stopping at Stonehenge and Windsor Castle and she was outstanding all the way. She pointed out sights that we passed by making our trip interesting. She sent a photo of her before arriving so that we will know how she looks like. She is also very Knowledgeable and answered our questions. Oliver, her boss communicated with me since the beginning and was very helpful in making me feel relaxed about our trip. I highly recommend Viator.

Oliver is awesome! He’s more than just a personal driver - you are getting a tour guide as well (which I didn’t realize originally when I made the booking). He is very flexible to accommodate our requests, and he makes it easy for us logistically (it’s always a plus to get dropped off right by the attraction entrance). He’s professional and takes pride in what he does with his profession. He is responsive and communicative which makes planning easy for us (to provide us with links and time slots to buy tickets). Lastly, he’s a great photographer - so a plus to get some nice pictures along the way!

Our driver Iain was fantastic! He arrived early, communication was excellent, we were picked up promptly. We arrived to Windsor early and was given enough time to accommodate our entrance time to visit the castle. Drop off at our hotel at Heathrow was simple. All around the service was very professional and I highly recommend it.
