The owner is the guide, he is very knowledgeable. Before picking us up, the office called to ensure that we were ready and to double check that we were getting picked up at the front door of our hotel. The guide made our tour fun, he took us around the historical streets of St. Augustine, where the trolly would not be able to drive because of its size and the trolly is very commercialized. Our guide has lived and resided in downtown St. Augustine and as a local he truly is passionate about the history and events of St. Augustine. HIGHLY recommend you book your next tour with them.

Our guide was fabulous! Very personal tour, able to ask questions! There is a big tour company with big trolleys, very impersonal and not able to go in the small , quaint streets. It was the right choice for us!

Karin, our guide, was outstanding. She knew all of the history and told it well plus she has a great personality. I would hope many tourists get the opportunity to take the tour with her. We were 5 ladies and all of us said it was the highlight of our trip.

I bought the tickets for my sister and her son visiting from NC. We were 5 minutes out from the 10 am pick up. Called the number on the ticket and the tour guide stated she would pick up another couple and loop back around. My sister and son thoroughly enjoyed the tour! It was greatly appreciated that the tour guide was understanding :-)
