What a great day out on the water! We enjoyed the wine tasting with Rose; Troy and Captain Mike. Rose made it so fun with her humor and great personality! I definitely would recommend it and would go again when back in St Augustine. We even saw dolphins!

What an amazing experience!!!! It was cold and rainy and I was doubtful. Was hoping they cancelled because of the rain but we went and they had a rainy day playlist going. We were greeted with smiles and laughs. We left on time, the wines were great, the charcuterie was a nice addition. The entire staff was helpful and kind and funny and patient. Originally, I wrote a great review. However, our boat tour was cancelled due to severe weather. We were only out for about 15 minutes and had to turn around. Our captain assured everyone that we would be given the option to re-book our tour or receive a full refund. I opted for the refund via an email that was sent. The refund never came. I have contacted VIATOR several times regarding and their response is "They are unable to issue a refund at this time." I even showed proof of my email offering a refund and my request was still denied. I will NEVER book another trip with this company because their customer service is futile.
