      Hi Paula, The transfer was cancelled as we received two separate arrival dates , arrival information on booking was 29/1/24 and your email said 27/1/24. We cancelled booking so that you get refund and don’t get charged in event of no show. Moreover, we tried to resolve the confusion by replying to your email but got no answer.

      We appreciated our driver being able to respond to our early arrival At the airport. It would have been more convenient to be dropped at the lobby of our hotel rather than the entrance to the car park on the opposite side. We had to struggle with our luggage and finally found an elevator In the car park that stopped at the lobby Level of the hotel.
