POOR OFFICE COORDINATION -you need to try a different service

Leaving Sydney on 22 April to Alice Springs GO Sydney office insisted on picking us up at 5:30am for a domestic flight leaving at 1 pm but on 26 April they would only pick us up at 6 am for an international flight leaving at 9 am The contact person was NOT pleasant and Not helpful at all! The drivers were nice but on return they dropped us off at check in A even though we told them we were leaving on Delta (check in J) this meant that my mobility limited husband had to walk a Very long way causing him to wheeze and get SHORT OF BREATH

Our driver was prompt and courteous! The only suggestion would be for the directions on meeting the driver could be provided a little sooner and more explicit. Would go this route over using the cruise line service anytime!

Coincidentally, we got the same great driver we had 3 weeks earlier when arrived in Sydney.

Book a private departure from cruise port to airport. Requesting a pickup time for 8:05 am, we were told a day earlier that they can only pick us up at 7:30 am and release the driver at 7:40 am. The dispatcher said the driver need to pickup another party on the way to airport ( for a private departure????). The cruise ship began disembark at 7:45 am, we missed the shuttle and took taxi to the airport. Taxi is cheaper and better services than “Go Sydney Shuttle”. I still haven’t get my refunds yet.
