Don’t use for private transfers!

This is a complaint above the scheduling office. They INSISTED (and NOT pleasantly) that we be picked up on 22 April at 5:30am for a 1 pm departure flight THEN on 26 April would only pick up at 6 am for an international flight boarding (my husband needed wheelchair assistance) at 8:15am THEN despite being told we were on Delta- dropped us off at check in A for Quanta’s forcing us to walk all the way to H for delta as a result my husband became short of breath I would NOT do a private transfer with Go Sydney

Did not tell us about the extra expenses until we got into the car. We had to pay extra on going across the Sydney bridge from downtown. I told the representative how much luggage we had and we had to pay exact for over amount which she did not tell us. Accidentally, the transportation was big enough. We were only going to get a car, which was not going to be enough, but because of a cancellation we got a van. Be careful ask about extra expenses. Turned out to be expensive

I had a group of 7. I booked thru Viator to pick us up at 1030am. That would allow all of us to arrive, change our money to AUD, get our luggage, get thru customs and get to the pick up spot. I booked for a 1030am pick up with a 60 min wait time cushion. My plane was delayed because my flight was cancelled and rebooked. As you can see the driver left at 11:15am I was at the pick up spot by 11:22. We ended up grabbing a taxi. I want to be refunded. We did everything we could to get the driver to stay and get Emma from vendor to honor our contract. We even had someone call the day before when it was clear my flight would be 45min delayd.

Our driver contacted us as we landed at the airport and provided us with instructions on how to find him outside the terminal after we cleared custom and quarantine. The pickup process went without hiccups. And once we met our driver, IIlya, he was courteous and helped us load up our luggage as promised. He was friendly and conversational during the drive to our hotel, and he provided us with some useful tips on where to visit during our stay in Sydney. We would definitely book with Go Sydney Shuttle again.
