It was a good experience for a family. Would have been nice if they had Dolphins with all the other great animals they had. The only thing is it said $10 for all day parking but cost $20 for 4 hours if had not been for that would have been more stars.
Take your family!

What a nice time with my grandchildren. We came down to Tampa for their Spring Break and the Aquarium helped make the week even better. I wish I would've remembered the gentleman who was in the bird area that gave us info on the 29 yr old python. He was amazing and informative. Kudos!

Awesome I would definitely go again. I was only disappointed in the penguin exhibit. I expected more
Not worth the high expense for exhibits offered. and very crowded
Kristin_C, Mar 2024
We went with a party of 6 adults plus one toddler. We all felt that this was a very average aquarium. Also the exhibits were all high so our toddler could not see much if he wasn't being held. This place is very expensive and we have all been to better aquariums. Parking was expensive too considering how much we had to pay to get in. And although I don't begrudge schools coming to this place, I do wish that they limited how many other people could come or staggered their arrival. It was packed and hard to see exhibits. We would not recommend to visitors to come here.
First Experience

My first time visiting the Tampa Aquarium and we had a great time together. We were treated like family and friends. The place was very nice and friendly.
Very disappointed
Ezekiel_M, Mar 2024
I was expecting a lot more considering we live in a state surrounded by water, but sadly, the Aquarium offerings at SeaWorld are far superior to what you can find here. No cool stuff on the basic entry--I did not buy any addons. Ultimately, it felt like I tossed $100 away. The only reason it was not one star is because I did enjoy the area where you could touch some of the creatures. Seriously, they need to add some bigger attractions.
The place to go to see fish
Carla_K, Mar 2024
The Aquarium was well worth the price. We enjoyed sitting at the large aquarium and watching the different fish. There were screaming kids but we shouldn't have gone on a Sunday.
Wonderful exhibits! (Wished for a few more benches for grandparents

The wonderful museum admissions person gave me new member tickets bec I had to go to urgent care that morning so was running late. I really appreciated it as we were taking grandkids who had chosen the aquarium as their top choice!
Just “Meh”
Caryn_H, Mar 2024
Well, I enjoyed looking at some of the exhibits, I thought that they were rather small. They are are two larger tanks with a bunch of different fish, but then I was also disappointed that they did not have dolphins considering it’s an aquarium. there is a dolphin watch boat that you can go on, but nothing is guaranteed obviously because they are wild dolphins so overall, I would say this experience was mediocre and costly.

I was happy when I had to make a time change on the event and the representative that took the call was able to accommodate me.
After cruise excursion!
Ami_M, Feb 2024
We left the cruise ship and it was so easy to walk to the aquarium. They put your luggage in storage and then you just walk right into the aquarium. The aquarium looks small but as you walk around you see lots of amazing and colourful fishes, reptiles and a few mammals! It is worth it to hang out here killing time before heading to the airport for a late afternoon flight after leaving the cruise terminal!
Overall good with a little disappointment
Pam_P, Feb 2024
We enjoyed the tropical fish the most, however the wetlands exhibit is really good too. Having been to several aquariums, the penguin exhibit was most disappointing. This is always a favorite of ours, so only seeing 3 little penguins was sad. They didn’t play so it was pointless. The staff was really nice & knowledgeable.

So much sea life!
Cheryl_J, Jan 2024
So many types of ocean life displayed! Great place for interactive learning of aquatic life. Loved it!!
Scam
Jayson_R, Nov 2023
I was not able to visit the aquarium for health reasons, I tried to cancel the order within the 24 hours period and this website denied my refund and took my money any way, this is a scam company, and you still asking how my trip was, well my experience was terrible.
Great day!
Robert_L, Oct 2023
Tickets were cheaper going through Viator and we walked right in! It was a pleasant day and very handicap accessible.
