CityPASS made it real good and easy save money checked out the aquarium the zoo Busch gardens went to Clearwater with the city pass the boat rides Clearwater aquarium all memorable i never forget. got to get the City pass it's worth the savings.

This is the first time I have not been happy with a tour booked through Viator. This tour was advertised as access to several Tampa destinations for 9 days. My family and I intended to visit Busch Gardens twice, but we were only allowed to visit each location one time. This was not stated in any of the literature on site. We were not the only people who had this issue as several people were in line complaining about the same issue.

We are very sorry for the miscommunication. CityPASS does only include one-time admission to each attraction. This is communicated on our website, but we will work on getting this information added to the Viator website as well.

I think it was fine like everything it had to offer, but for it being 139$ it should allow you to have access to everything for 9 days or at least 3 days, you’re paying for all these things you can’t fit into one day.

We apologize for any confusion. CityPASS is valid for 9 consecutive days, starting with the first day you visit an attraction. You can visit the attractions on any of the 9 days you choose.

App only worked on first day of multi-day pass.

Museum on science and innovation was a bit disappointing. Zoo Tampa was great, Busch gardens was mostly rides however the animals and birds we saw were great. Busch Gardens used to have more animals etc when is was owned by Anheuser Busch. Last time I visited was 1977 and as I remember we saw the Clydesdale teams.

All the events were amazing - and a great deal!! Busch gardens was so much fun, the Florida aquarium was quaint, the Tampa zoo was awesome - the monkeys, manatees, the rhinos, the penguins… The dolphin cruise was also fun! We loved the Clearwater aquarium! Best deal around!!

This is a TOTAL SCAM. The dolphin cruise had black out dates just for city pass users (you could purchase tickets so they weren't sold out). TOTAL SCAM.

We're sorry you weren't happy with your CityPASS experience. Please be assured there are no black out dates at Tropics for CityPASS guests. There may be occasions where the CityPASS allocations are sold out for particular cruises, however. Tropics does require that guests make advance reservations, which can be done through the My CityPASS app. We recommend making reservations as soon as possible to secure your preferred times.

Very hard to schedule the Tropic boat tour. You go in circles to try and schedule this. I contacted the tour operator and could not speak to them went back into my booking as the recorded message stated and can not find a link to schedule it.
