    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    Would recommend for anyone! We were a family of 4 with 4 big luggage and 2 roll aways, which they were able to fit in their van. They tracked our flight and accommodated picking us up, even after the 3 hour airline delay. (Without them we have been stuck having to catch 2 taxis - as the trains stopped and too much luggage for 1 taxi.) Our driver met us at the gate with a sign and helped roll our luggage to the car. (Please note there is a walk to the car.) The car was immaculate and comfortable. Extremely accommodating on our return to the airport when the airline cancelled our flight and rescheduled 3 hours earlier. They were able to squeeze us into their schedule and get us to the airport in more than enough time. Easy direct communication via Whatsapp for updates on exact pick up time.

    Easy and worth it

    The entire process was very easy. Out flight was delayed and our driver was tracking our flight info, so he knew to be there two hours later than expected. Very helpful and absolutely worth it.

    Very good experience from easily finding the driver and getting his help at the airport to a smooth and safe drive across Tokyo. We would definitely recommend this as taking our luggage on the subway at rush hour would have been the opposite experience.

    Our plane was half hour late. Took a solid hour to get thru immigration. Then get luggage. Driver was upset because of this. Wanted xtra money which we were willing to pay. He did not have change and we sat in vehicle trying to explain we would go into hotel and get change. Finally he understood. 5000 extra yen for supposed extra waiting time.

    Confusion at Drop-Off

    Driver was perfectly pleasant, helped get our bags packed into the car, had a clean car and drove safely. That said, he did not speak English and seemed to not speak fluent Japanese either, which was pretty challenging when we got lost finding the hotel. We ended up circling around the neighborhood for a while and ultimately we all walked a few blocks with all our luggage to get to the hotel. Not ideal early in the morning after an international flight. We later found out there was a ramp that would have dropped us off directly to the lobby. Wish the company had done some prior research on the drop-off location so the driver knew what to do. Would probably opt for a regular taxi or uber next time.

    Our driver, Liu, was outstanding! Despite our airplane being delayed he waited patiently - holding a clear sign. The vehicle was immaculately clean and we had a very relaxed and comfortable ride to our Tokyo hotel. I would recommend Liu and this service highly.

    This is the second time we’ve used a private transfer service from Haneda to our hotel. While it beats the crowds of the bus, don’t expect what you might get from “private car” services showing “high end” black colored vehicles. It’s private car prices but essentially a glorified taxi. Our driver was polite, but NOT waiting for us on arrival with a sign like promised. “Will be there soon” was the message, even after following his instructions to advise on when we fetched our bags, and even though he said he’d be outside with a sign with our name. (Even though there were DOZENS of other drivers meeting their rides outside arrivals when we got there). This is the same thing that happened the last time. These services are not based in Japan, and seem to be a loose network of non-Japanese freelancers. This time and last time were Chinese-speaking drivers. They get you there, but the value (based on all the promised perks) is questionable.

    I truly have nothing bad to say about this service. I wish I had gotten the name of our driver because he was easy to find and quick to help out with all of our luggage, he handled everything with such care as he led us to the parking lot and pulled up the car for extra comfort. We were all very impressed with this level of professionalism, especially as this was a last-minute service we booked. He spoke excellent English and drove smoothly to ensure a worry-free ride the whole way from the airport to the hotel. 10/10!
