If you do not find your hotel/apartment in the list, please enter your own pick up location. The exact pick up time will be confirmed to you once you have provided us with the pick up location. Please revise confirmation email from Mexico Kan Tours to know your exact Pick Up Time and not the automatic confirmation as it will depend on your accommodation’s localization. Pick up and Drop off within the immediate Tulum area is included in the price, additional price applies for areas outside of Tulum. Ask us a quote for extra Transportation Fees (North of Tulum).

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Great trip

Amazing. If you haven't seen Chichen Itza in person you really need to. The whole city has a grandeur that is difficult to put into words. The cenote is cave like and is almost a religious experience. Lunch was great as well. Thanks to Iber our wonderful guide. Great driver and guide.

Due to unexpected protests in Chichen Itza, we were traveling with Said to Tulum and Coba. The team organizing the tour was accommodating and quick in amending the trip to our suggestions after early in the morning we found out that Chichen Itza was closed. A well-organized team of people works for this tour operator, that was clearly demonstrated. Said was well-spoken, friendly, and eager to answer all the questions we asked. The only thing I wish he has done was to inform me how much the book I wanted to buy about Maya would cost me. I spent a fortune on a book that was not worth it. A book with beautiful pictures and poor English translation with little information, for 1000 Mexican dollars, an equivalent of 2-3 books on a similar topic in any English book store.

We are SO glad we did this private trip with Said! He was an incredible tour guide and gave us the best experience! The tour through Chichen Itza was so interesting, he had a laser pointer that he used to show us certain details throughout the site! Lunch at Valladolid was delicious! It was nice having a table already reserved for us. And the Cenote! Amazing! I loved going to a Cenote off the beaten track- there was only one other group while we were there!

Hands down, the best experience we could have had. Said was an incredible tour guide. He was full of knowledge and fun facts. Doing the private tour was such a good choice because it felt so much more personal. Being able to ask questions one on one about the history and culture, we learned so much! The restaurant was delicious and beautiful! It was great having the table reserved for us already. And last but not least the cenote was amazing! I loved that we went to a lesser known cenote so there weren’t very many people with us! Said made sure we got the perfect photos at both chichen itza and the cenote! Wish we could take every excursion with him!
