  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcases and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
  • Service animals allowed
  • Near public transportation
  • Most travelers can participate
  • Stollers can be stored under the bus for no additional charge as long as they can be folded by the traveler, weigh less than 50lbs, and do not have a motor.
  • Certified Guide Dogs can accompany an individual on our bus. Valid Guide or Service Dog Certification must be presented to the driver at check-in.
  • Infants and Children weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) who board a seatbelt equipped vehicle are required to ride in an approved CMVSS car seat supplied by the child’s parent or caregiver, and be secured to the vehicle using the seatbelt (lap belt).
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 58 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Relaxing ride and nice scenery on the Ferry. Be prepared that this trip will take a good 4-5 hours altogether, though the ferry trip itself is only about an hour and a half.

Ed Rogers was so helpful! Along with great information about Victoria, he made sure we had transportation to our hotel after arriving in Victoria. It was so appreciated after a long day of travel.

The information provided was inadequate. No one at YVR had any idea who is Viator. Your ticket should explain that the service is delivered by partners not Viator. BC Ferries Connector is not an adequate description. Place to find the bus needs to be better explained. My driver and I had to do a lot of searching out information in person as we could not get it on the phone. That was stressful in the time available.

Bus shuttle and ferry ride as originally booked was canceled. Secondary bus was used to drop us off at Vancouver ferry terminal only.

Le comptoir SKYLINX se trouve à côté du Starbuk café au niveau 2 dans l’aéroport international pour enregistrer les bagages et le bus à côté Départ ponctuel et parfait du début jusqu’à l’arr Au centre de Victoria durée trajet 4 heures
