Dear Pablo,
First of all, we are very sorry for the inconvenience you had experienced. As we explained to you, we can't control the weather, only God knows. We communicated with you early afternoon since we know there will be a strong wind so, asked you to go to the terminal early and check the flight status. After all, all flights departed except your flight. Cancellation of the flight is the worst situation for you and us as well. You know we exchanged text messages and tried to you can come back by seaplane as we booked. It was your unlucky day and we are very sorry for that.
We refunded your return portion of the tour and it will be deposited to you shortly.
Cancellation flight due to the weather is the first time in the last two years...we all were not lucky.
Also, your cap was left in the Helicopter, we'll keep it so, next time if you have a chance to visit Vancouver, please let us know. Thanks for Visting Canada.
