In the high-speed elevators only one person in a wheelchair may be transported to exit point 1 (observation deck). Each wheelchair user must be accompanied by a person who can transport the wheelchair user if necessary. A maximum of 3 wheelchair users may be present in the tower on the observation terrace at the same time.
Children under 14 years of age are allowed entry only when accompanied by an adult.

Amazing views

When booking this experience through viator, you don't get tickets. I needed to email the vouchers to the ticket office on arrival, so ensure you have data to do that. Or perhaps a printing facility (this wasn't given as an optio, but surely should be) In terms of the actual experience, we went by train and had a lovely walk through the park to get there. Amazing views of Vienna from above. As we had gone to the town center the day before, we had fun picking out a lot of sights we'd seen. Reason for 4 stars is that it's a short experience - once you are up and have walked around a bit, taken pics and possibly tried the slide, unless you have booked a restaurant, there isn't really much else to do. Also the information monitors didn't seem to work.

Nice views from the top but to get there at night, I wouldn't have gone had it not been for my son as we had to walk through a path that was not lit. So, as a woman, I definitely would have gone during the day but not by night or would have called a cab. Very windy and cold out there so dress appropriately. I didn't realize there was a slide too. Seemed to be fun but, again at night time, I didn't want to try to do it.

Viator needs to work on the voucher for ticket problem.

The tower was fun and the views were breathtaking, but the "skip-the-line" didn't work. While I was there the "voucher" didn't work and several people were able to get in just walking up to purchase tickets while I was left waiting on the voucher to be accepted.

Excellent value and awesome views of Vienna and the surrounding area. Enjoyed a nice latte and slice of Nusstorte in the restaurant. Must say that it’s the best view I’ve ever had from a lavatory 😂

Fantastic experience! Excellent way to see the entire city and escape the crowds. Highly recommend getting a dessert & coffee at the 360 revolving restaurant. Well worth the trip!!!

The views were incredible, but the ease of this "skip the line" experience was not good. you still have to stand in line to show them the viator voucher to receive their tickets to get in. so there is no time saving. go to their own website to buy tickets to get their QR codes to sxan and get in directly.

Great views. Rotating restaurant and bar. Must make a reservation for dinner top deck.. Cafe/bar has drinks and desserts. 2 viewing decks. Go in the evening to see the lights of the city. $30+ uber ride. Friendly staff.

Amazing view of the wider area and the Danube from the tower! No stairs, just a very fast smooth lift. Restaurant requires booking, but nice cafe at ground level. 20 min walk through the park from the nearest station (Alte Danube). Just need to email the confirmation email to their email address, but other than that entrance not an issue. Wasn't very busy so didn't have to wait for the lift and plenty of space to move round the observation level, understand that it gets very busy in the summer so probably more waiting time required

Not really value for money. Can see the same, if not better, view from the Schonbrun palace gardens for free. Cafe was not open neither was restaurant unless pre booked. Pretty disappointed if I’m honest

So much fun! Beautiful sights of the city. Had a coffee break in the cafe and was so pleased with it. Such great views from the table and that floor spins
