This private tour includes hotel pick up from your hotel in Vienna. You will meet your private guide and driver in your hotel lobby. Please provide your hotel details. Please note that only the 3 hours Vienna City Highlights Tour includes hotel drop off as well.

What To Expect

Your private tour will begin with pickup from your hotel in central Vienna. Travel by luxury minivan around the city, spotting top attractions and soaking up commentary from your guide. See the Itinerary section for details on each of the three tour options, all of which can be specially tailored to your interests. The shorter tour will conclude back at your Vienna hotel while the other tours conclude at the city center.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

A lovely tour

Booked 5 hour tour got 3 hour tour

Whilst our guide was really good we had booked this through Viator as a 5 hour tour. However, it turned out our guide was only given instructions to give us a 3 hour tour and this simply was not enough time to explore Vienna as we wished. To add insult to injury Viator initially turned down a partial refund of 40%. They then offered a measly 10% refund!!! Simply unacceptable so i shall be making a full refund claim via my credit card company.

Great driver and guide - terrible car for older adults - not the promised car

Great guide and driver. Was supposed to be a Mercedes Van, but was small Mercedes car that was very difficult to get in and out of. Impossible to get in touch with Viator to complain afterwards and ask for partial refund.

Lisa was such a positive and passionate tour guide. She was extremely flexible and gave us a marvelous experience of history, Christmas Markets and Vienna overall. We covered a lot of ground and definitely gave us value for our cost. Our driver was fantastic as well. We didn’t realize we didn’t have the driver the entire time, but we should have read the tour info closer.

Absolutely outstanding tour of Vienna! Hernando Montoya spent five hours with us - 3 hours touring by car and 2 hours by foot walking through the city center. It was a perfect day and we benefited from Hernando’s deep knowledge. He did a great job of customizing the tour to our needs and interests. Highly recommended!
