Your bike tour will begin in central Vienna, where you’ll meet up with your guide and receive a brief safety overview. Then take off into the city, following your guide along the Ringstrasse, the famous Ring Road showcasing the heart of the Hapsburg dynasty and many of the city’s top attractions.
Soak up the fresh air and stunning Viennese architecture as you pass the Neo-Renaissance design of the Vienna Opera House, City Hall, the House of Parliament and the Hofburg Palace, once home to Marie Antoinette.
Pause to admire the bright hues of the Hundertwasserhaus, a vibrant apartment building designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser. Pull over at Heroes’ Square to see the historic spot where Hitler delivered his ‘Anschluss’ speech in 1938.
Continue to the Prater amusement park, where you’ll spot the Giant Ferris Wheel, one of the most iconic structures in the city skyline. Afterward, cycle along the blue waters of the Danube before returning to your original departure point.

Got a good range of sights of Vienna and surrounding area - out to Prater and the university - bikes were good -but I would have preferred more interesting locations of a historical nature or interesting stories

Great tour of city with interesting historical and personal perspectives from Rob. Easy pace with plenty of stops including a short rain delay under the columns in the Ballhausplatz. Highly recommended.

Great way to see the sites of beautiful Vienna. Our tour leader was so knowledgeable and patient with the slow riders. Great to see the highlights of the city that were too far to get to by walking. Loved this tour!

Well, first off, this was advertised as a “Small Group tour”. It was anything but a small group. I would never had signed up for this tour had I known there would be such a large group. There were several times where the group was separated due to stop lights and not all could make a green light. Because of being separated, information was missed given by the guide since myself and husband were at the rear.
On a positive note, the guide was pleasant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 hour bike tour of Vienna, led by Horst! He was informative, witty and engaging. We saw areas that we would never have seen if on our own and as on a bike, covered a huge area in the 3 hours, at a nice easy pace. This tour is suitable for anyone who can ride a bike, all ages and abilities.

It was our guide who made the tour great. Jan was fun and incredibly knowledgeable. We saw a lot - you can cover alot moire ground on a bike than on foot.
