The person collecting the pass must be the person for whom the pass was purchased. Please bring an official photo ID with you.
You are welcome to purchase a VIENNA Pass as a gift: To do so, simply add the desired product to the shopping cart and make sure that the pass is issued to the person who will use it.
Our service center is currently open Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

I've only started but I've been to four museums. Haven't used the hop on/ hop off because of the marathon.

We visited lots of museums and places of interest. Most of the places we didn’t have got wait in line. We used this card very extensively. In general Hop on hop off bus is not a very efficient and interesting experience. But the rest of the card is well worth it. Highly recommend it.

Easy transport

This was great to get you where you want to go for an extended amount of time, but for 1 day it was not great. We went to 4 places within 8 hours. Extended amount would have been great! If you arrive via air even better as it gives you transportation to and from airport.

Very expensive and bad combo

Hop on off busses are inconvenient to use as transportation. You have to go thru too many stops to get to destination. A better combo would be unlimited public transport with free (not reduced) museum admission. In addition I got scammed on free admission to Vienna opera house. Followed instructions for reservations exactly as written but when I checked out the discount code was not applied so I had to pay full price!

Yes but u have to rush to see many thinks for 1 day.And for the Luna park you can go only to the big and dangerous games you are not alowd for the others.

Hop on Hop Off Bus was a bit of a bust, commentary didnt work and its so easy to get around anyway. Everything else was excellent, so any things to do in Vienna. We bought a 2 day ticket and could easily have filled 4 days. It would have helped us if the pass had been provided electronically instead of having to pick it up in person.

Best Buy for a 2-day trip if you plan to visit museums and palaces. We bought the 2day Vienna pass and visited Leopold, natural history, hofburg, Belvedere and schoenbrun. Plus we had the free ride to all of them and to the train station

I liked the pass but would not add the bus in the future. I never used the bus everything was walking distance and if it wasn’t there wasn’t enough time to wait for a bus

This bus ticket was the best way to see all the sites and get entrance to most sightseeing atractions. Easy to redeem our voucher as office located opposite the state opera house and the main departure point in the centre. The buses came frequently, on time and staff were very helpful giving advice on attractions. Definately the best way to see Vienna.

A week in Vienna

Made good use of the Hop on Hop off buses to explore the city and identify places we wanted to visit during our stay. The Vienna pass got us into see the Spanish Riding School training session and the State Treasury in the Imperial Palace. Free entry to St Stephen's Cathedral. Spent a lovely day exploring Schonbrunn Palais

Said they go to the Spanish Riding School but we did not see that on their map nor did the driver announce it. Busses run infrequently, had to wait a very long time for the next bus. It was NOT open air so it was very hot on the top deck.

It makes a perfect sense to obtain this pass if you are staying in Vienna for more than one day and intend to submerge in cultural inheritance of this beautiful city. It gives you not only a value for money, but an opportunity to visit numerous attractions without hassle of queuing for tickets.

Not worth the money

I purchased this for our honeymoon so we could visit the entire city of Vienna in the short timeframe that we were there. The idea that we could skip the lines (or at least be expedited toward the front) was very appealing, even it is costed a little more money than we typically would be able to pay. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The most important thing that we wanted to see was the Schonbrunn Palace, not just the outside, but the tour. We started the day making the 20 minute trip to the Palace only to find out that the passes themselves had to be picked up in a completely different place 15 minutes away. By the time we made our way down to pick up the passes and then back to the Schonbrunn Palace (11:00 in the morning), the tours of the Palace itself had all been booked for the day. While there were very long lines of people without the Vienna Pass, we were under the impression that we would be able to skip the lines (as advertised), but this was NOT the case. After asking several employees what could be done, every one of them stated there was nothing they could do. Not a single person even attempted to help us, but instead only said that we could come back in the morning and try to schedule a tour for the next day. Unfortunately, we did not have another day in Vienna to do this. While this was the main issue that we had during this adventure, the buses were very inconsistent with the schedules posted. I understand that each route is different and issues can come up, at one point, we waited 40 minutes for a bus to pick us up on the yellow route, all-the-while having 4-5 buses on the red line passed the same route. While I typically have positive things to say about these types of attractions, I, unfortunately, did not have a positive experience with this particular one.
