The most stunning venue and music. I couldn’t rate this experience more than enough. Staff at the Musikverein are so lovely too, when having an issue with the lady sitting next to me they were quick to step in and remove me from the situation.

Concert was wonderful. 15 member orchestra. Music hall was one mile from our hotel. Our group felt very comfortable walking to and from at night. Only disappointing thing was even though the tour manager had said we would be able to sit together if we arrived together, it did not work out. Highly recommend this tour.

The performance up to intermission put me to sleep. Four songs were performed and they all sounded alike. After intermission, it was like the musicians and conductor woke up. It was very entertaining with lively music. The venue was beautiful. The performance was full including the standing room area. After intermission, there were very few people still standing.

Vienna has so many choices for concerts. This particular one was a good introduction, mostly for tourists. Viator kept sending the vouchers, stating to go and collect them anytime but once there, they were only available one hour before the concert. Also you select the section, not the seats. I like to select seats, so next time, I would buy on site. But the many concerts in Vienna are magnificent so go as many you can afford !!

Lovely music, the musicians did an awesome job and the building itself is beautiful. My complaint was with the disorganization with the front staff before going in. Nowhere on the booking did it mention it’s required to pay for a coat check. I went in and asked the first person and they said I could keep my coat, I got in line to go in and the woman said nothing to me about checking my coat until it was MY turn to go on so I had to go all the way back to coat check and re line up. She definitely saw me in the coat while I was waiting for 15 minutes in front of her so why didn’t she say anything then? Also, it says casual but it’s not. I was extremely underdressed and felt awkward, I was wearing black pants and a sweater. People were wearing floor length gowns and tuxedos…
