Our Office is located inside the Devonport Ferry Terminal Building. We are next to the Ferry Ticket Office which is located at the end of the Terminal where the ferries leave for Auckland City.

Minimum age is 10 years on Family Fun Ride and A Taste of Segway.
Minimum age is 13 years for Mt. Victoria Magic and Historic North Head Tours.
Service animals allowed
A maximum of 6 people per tour booking.
Not recommended for pregnant women.

A small amount of walking is involved on the North Head Tour.
Not recommended for people who are not agile enough to climb stairs unaided.
Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately.
If canceled due to extreme weather conditions that make it unsafe to ride a Segway, you will be given the option of an alternative date or refund Less administration fee.
All participants weights MUST be between 35kgs - 120kgs (75lbs - 265lbs)

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Perfect way to spend the afternoon!!

Our instructor was fabulous, very informative and personable and answered all of our questions. Maybe would have preferred a little more through the city neighbourhoods and sights, vs so much time on the military history.

Excellent trip

We had a great time with Pauline as our guide. We practiced the segway on the pier and when e felt comfortable off we went. We learned a lot about the island and went all around on the segway. Pauline was very knowledgable since she is a local and we loved seeing lots of different spots on Devenport. The shop is easy to find right after you exit from the ferry in the terminal. We were on a cruise ship and easy to get on a ferry, do the tour and get back in time. Highly recommend.

Yes it is so easy to get to and fro Devonport. If you're on a cruside ship it's almost door to door. So thanks for coming and enjoying the Segway and Devonport Village. We like to think of Devonport as the jewel in the crown of Auckland.

Our tour guide Pauline was exceptional! She was very understanding with our late arrival and very patient throughout the entire experience. My mother is 73 years old and was nervous but really loved the entire tour. Pauline customised everything and we loved the commentary, scenery and history! I would recommend this to everyone! Great guide/owner, knowledgeable, patient. Wonderful views of the harbor. We did the 2 hr tour which included the fort overlooking the harbor and Auckland. Tour office is in the harbor terminal. Cover a lot of ground with less effort.

Great Tour for These Two Cruisers

What a great tour! First time on a Segway, but it won’t be the last. We received great instruction, and a great tour from the owner. We were in Auckland on a cruise. Took the 10-minute ferry ride to Devonport and the tour operator’s office was steps from the ferry when we got off. Have been to Devonport multiple times. Great place to visit when in Auckland.
