Overview

On board our traditional ships, we will show a number of Warsaw attractions, such as: Copernicus Science Center, Warsaw Mermaid, panorama of the Old and New Town, National Stadium, parks and green areas on the right bank of the Vistula and many others, a modern center, beaches and a descent to a sandy island in the middle agglomeration. Our ships provide comfort in the sun and rain. These are replicas of former historical vessels adapted to float on the Vistula River. Discover the Vistula River.

The landmark is the Mermaid Monument on the Vistula (Generala George Smitha Patton Boulevard). From the monument you need to go down the stairs straight to the river. Then you need to go 300 meters to the right (south) along the boulevard. Then you will see a white two-level barge called Atalanta.

Nice trip for nice day

Pleasant tour on the river on a beautiful day. Our boat did not have guide as other one did. The audible guide online was OK but no chance to ask questions about other sites. But it was pleasant trip and personnel were friendly.

Having booked this trip, we were provided with incredibly vague directions which made the meeting point impossible to find. Having been stuck in traffic, we messaged the tour operator to advise that we would be 4-5 minutes late and were told that they would wait. On arrival (which ended up being 1 minute late), the tour operator was nowhere to be found and the boat had clearly left. I requested a refund from Viator, who advised that the boat hadn't left but they could not confirm it! They stated that in these scenarios, it is their responsibility to support the tour operator and not the customer! The worst customer service I have received in years.

It's a pity that what you write is not true. Now the instructions are very clear and precise. It's not my fault you were in traffic and they took you to the wrong place. You called before 2:00 p.m. to say you were delayed for 5 minutes. The ship and the rest of the passengers waited for you until 2:06 p.m., then it left without you being there. We were waiting for you to come at 3 p.m., but you weren't there even then. At 15:11 I offered you a cruise for the next day at 12:00, but you didn't even bother to reply. You asked for a refund and of course I refused because I incurred the costs twice while waiting for you. If you wanted this trip so much, you should have come to the right place and not lie publicly that you were there. Personally, I was the coordinator that day and you can't tell me that you were on a cruise and that you were refused tickets. You had to carefully compare the location I sent you and the place where you really were. You just skipped the cruise thinking that they would refund the costs anyway. We are very open to guests, but we do not tolerate lies. And more than once, at the guests' request, we refunded the cost of tickets

Very pleasant! It was nice to see Warsaw from a different vantage point. The low price was more than worth what I got. If you only have a short time in Warsaw and want to learn as much about the city as possible in an hour or two, a walking tour might be better, but this was very good for what it was.

Getting off the boat! It was FREEZING cold. Nobody told us to bring our own headphones as there is an audio tour - however it would not have mattered anyway, as the scan code did not work and nobody was able to access the audio tour. You can do better!

We are very sorry that it was cold, but the weather is out of our control and please dress appropriately for the weather on offer. We also have blankets on the ship. This season the audio guide was an experiment and we do not have it in the offer for this reason it was not written that you need to have your own headphones. One of the reasons why the link to the website did not work was the lack of internet on your phone. Every year we try to be one step further and one step better.

Meeting point not clear

Difficulty in spotting the boat as it was docked behind a restaurant boat way bigger than that. No signposting upon arrival. Google indtructions given to the taxi driver took us 1 km away. Other than this, the captain was very friendly, accomodating and waited for us for about 5 mns. The ride was lovely especially during sunset.

You get to see some beautiful scenery from the boat over the course of an hour or so. It's extremely affordable, so if you don't go in expecting any commentary of the surroundings, you won't be disappointed.

A pleasant cruise once you can find the place!

The first hurdle is to try to find the place! The google map shows a totally unlikely position. It would be helpful if when directions were sent out, it was stated that you find a large boat moored on the riverside with the name Rejsey Cruises on it. We got so frustrated trying to find the location we nearly gave up. At last we found it when we saw a boat moor behind this larger vessel. It was then a case of walking across the gangplank, across the lower deck and the small cruise ship was the other side. Above was a shaded deck where you could purchase coffee and refreshments and sit watching the river - very pleasant. Being excellent weather we had an enjoyable cruise. You do not see much of Warsaw other than the skyline and there is little commentary, but it is worth doing and is good value.
